What makes this property unique
The spacious backyard faces east with amazing sunrise views! It’s great for soaking up the rays in the summer, lawn games such as cornhole (provided), and enjoying the outdoor eating or use of the large stone firepit! The lake is a short walk down the hill in the yard where kayaks, a canoe, and Stand-Up-Paddleboards are available for your group to use and enjoy! The outside spaces in summer are an excellent space for gathering together in the backyard, making a campfire, pitching tents, eating s’mores, fishing off the dock, and creating lifelong memories. In the wintertime, the back yard is a perfect place for sledding, playing in the snow, or playing hockey on the frozen lake.
The World-Famous New England Fall Foliage is absolutely gorgeous in the Autumn season (September to early October), and Shadow Lake freezes over in the winter time which can be great for ice fishing, snowshoeing, and ice skating! This property truly is a gem all 12 months of the year.
The house comes very well stocked for your convenience. We provide all guests with clean linens and towels, hair dryers, shampoos and conditioners, pots and pans, cooking utensils, high end stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker and more! There is also a gas grill on the deck for guests to use.
All you have to do is show up with your favorite groceries and your luggage to have an excellent stay!
