(NEW TO VRBO) BEAUTIFUL first floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit with Bay and Gulf views. Enjoy watching sunrises from the screened-in, comfortably furnished lanai as you sip your morning coffee.

This unit features a COMMERCIAL ICE-MAKER on the lanai, fishing rod rack and quick access to the pool, hot tub, boat dock and slips (rentals available.) Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of seating. a wine storage fridge, brew and Keurig style coffee makers and sufficient room for your stash of groceries. Dining table seats six or more and the LR is tastefully furnished for your vacation comfort.

The master BR provides a KING bed, smart TV, spacious closet, full bath, conveniently located washer and dryer and slider access to the lanai overlooking the Bay. The guest BR includes 2 QUEEN beds, closet, smart TV and hall bath. It also allows slider access to a front porch seating area and views of the Gulf at sunset.

Quality linens and towels supplied. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. NO SMOKING.

I can't say enough about this experience! Not only is the location the most beautiful in the world (teal water, starfish, white sand, great shops and eateries, and lovely excursions), but the host is amazing! We were right near the pool and hot tub and clubhouse to exercise, and he let us use his bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, golf cart, and fishing gear! There's also a local sandbar you can walk to with your kids right outside. It's a dream stay and would do it again and again!

We could not be more pleased with our stay! The unit was exactly as advertised…very clean, bright, well stocked, and recently renovated. In fact, the entire BGN development was in first class condition, including a recently renovated work out room and renovated pickleball courts! The hosts made a point to welcome us to the condo and answered all of our questions. They checked in on us proactively to ask if we needed anything.They were the best! And the industrial ice machine was a huge bonus to us as boaters!

Quiet Location by the Water

Rented it for a month. Neat and tidy, with everything we needed. Staying here was pleasant and easy. The location made it easy to go to town or off the cuaseway for shopping. Vinnie and Mary couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. And Boca Grande is an interesting town with its own history. We plan to come back next year.

Wonderful Stay

I can't say enough positive things about the property! The property was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully located. Communication with the owner was exceptional. They were responsive, friendly, and provided all the information needed to make our stay enjoyable. From check-in instructions to local recommendations, their attentiveness really made a difference.The surrounding area was charming, and we loved exploring the nearby attractions. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can't wait to come back!
