The location was great and the hot tub was wonderful! The pool was a little cool for me and while the water was clear the edges of the pool need a good cleaning. Overall the cabin was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

We are glad you found everything clean, functional and as advertised. We are disappointed the discoloration at the waterline caused a 4 star experience. For future reference, this is not related to cleaning. We have very high mineral content here and those minerals deposit at the waterline. Even after cleaning the minerals will redeposit quickly. Thanks again for staying with us.

Reviewer Comments:
The cabin is perfect, clean, and secluded but not far away from anything. The cabin had a lot of seating, inside and out, and we enjoyed dining on the deck. The kitchen is stocked with what you need too! Our favorite part was watching a bear and her 4 cubs one morning from the deck. The cabin is close to town and it doesn’t take long to get anywhere. The hot tub is a great way to relax after a busy day. It was one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed at.
Nice cabin. We had lots of ants in the kitchen but they were prompt with the pest control. That experience was unsettling given the price of the rental. The pool was also too cold to enjoy but the hot tub was great.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. In the mountains and most areas of the country controlling pests with 100% success 100% of the time is a challenge for anyone. We were happy to respond quickly which is something we can control. While we understand pool temperatures are subjective to each individual, the pool is heated to indoor pool safety standards and was measured at 84 on the morning of your arrival. Thanks again for staying with us.
Within 5 minutes of getting there we saw a bear right outside the house! My child LOVED his own personal pool. Big tvs everywhere and the little barrel game system was cool, just wish we could’ve figured out how to turn down the volume some. The windows were huge and view was decent, some of the summer plants were a little big so it was kind of blocked unless you sat in a certain area, but that was Okay. Close to Gatlinburg center, not walking distance but close enough. My only issue was my own: the big windows in the bedroom didn’t have shades and being in/near Appalachia I was a little unnerved because you hear stories about the woods of Appalachia. Haha. The road coming to the cabin was wild but a fun mini mountain experience! Overall, the cabin was beautiful and I’d stay again!
Enjoyed pool and hot tub. Cabin was spacious. A few bears sighting. Remote area, quiet. Lots of options for sleeping, 2 beds and pull out couch. Arcade was fun for kids. Bright and open space allowed for great relaxation.

Positives: very clean place and good locationNegatives: overgrown trees blocking the mountain view. No window treatments in both rooms so it's very bright very early. No soap or body wash, no laundry soap and 1 roll of Toilet paper. For 500.00 a night, it seems ridiculous that you couldn't include a few minor ammenities. Lastly, it's really tacky to leave a tip envelope on the stove upon arrival.
We had an amazing time. The accommodations were great and the views amazing. The property was just as advertised. The house was very closed to the main attractions in the area.
The house was beautiful. We saw bears everyday, with a couple being close to the house. This house is located close to Gatlinburg with plenty of discounted tourist attraction passes. You won't be disappointed!
What an amazing house with lots of space and amenities. Perfect for two couples and close to both areas of attraction. Highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in the mountains!
Loved the bears everyday but was lol scared they would tear up our vehicles

Thank you for the great rating and your feedback. The Bears can’t be a little mischievous, but as long as your car doors are locked then everything will stay safe.
Sometimes you book a stay and get there and it’s nothing like what you thought! But that’s not the case here! Our stay was so awesome!!! Everything was clean, beautiful view, and even got to see a mama bear and a cub!!! Would highly recommend this cabin!
