Villas Marlin Cancun beach studio

Our studio is inside a condominium with security 24/7. Direct access to a beautiful beach in the best area, with supermarket across the street, shopping mall, convenience store and many restaurants within walking distance. Pools, Jacuzzis,tennis court, Snack bar next to the pool. Queen size bed, WIFI, Ac, Smart tv, kitchenette, parking lot

Cozy studio perfect to relax after enjoying the attractions Cancun and sorroundings has to offer. It is not ocean front but a few steps through the condo are enough to feel the white sands and contemplate the turquoise caribbean waters.
Three different pools and a jacuzzi are available with lounge chairs and sunshades next to it.
It has a fully equipped kitchenette to cook yourself or you can explore innumerable nearby restaurants. Good Wifi, Netflix, ac, hot water.
Parking lot is available and we also offer our private driver airport service for additional cost.

The host was outstanding. The studio was clean, sufficient for our needs, and would probably be a 5-star if in comparison only to others at the same price. It is on a beachfront property with easy access to the beach, but the unit does not have an ocean view. The pool, deck, and beach is very nice.

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us, as my husband was down for dental work, and could walk to Cancun Dental Specialists for his appointments. There is a grocery store across the street in the mall, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The pool and beach are nice too!

The location of this condo can't be beat as it was right in the heart of the hotel district. The pools and beech were a short walk within the condo complex. This unit was on a very quiet corner. The staff was very responsive when we had issues with our air conditioner and it was fixed right away. There was a secons unit so we were never completely without cool air. Given its location, this condo is a very reasonable option for a stay in Cancun. We will stay here again.

Perfect location, great host

Perfect location, walking distance to shopping and dining. Even a convenience store right next door. Agustin is the best Vrbo host I’ve ever had. He was so communicative, always responded promptly, from the day we booked with him two months before our trip, all the way to the day we checked out. Especially for never having been to Cancun before, I can’t imagine how he could have taken better care of us. Will definitely try to go back and use him again.

The property is just as it is advertised. Love the beach front access and the pools!Our room was a bit dated and needed some repairs. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean. We had the kitchen tools to cook and a nice refrigerator with cold water and ice waiting for us.Great location to walk to the grocery store and La Isla shopping mall.
