Spacious entrance with hall stand. Very bright living-/dining room with a round table in the corner and a balcony. TV, Radio and Internet. Kitchen which can be separated from the living room, including an oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee-machine, separate window and dishwasher.
2 double rooms with shared bathroom, double sinks, toilet and bidet. 1 single room and 1 single room with bunk bed attached to a separate shower. Toilet, sink and bidet. Very comfortable and well cured furniture. Shared washroom and ski room. No parking space. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Paravicini is situated in the heart of St. Moritz Dorf. The Chantarella cable car is within a 5 min walking-distance. Restaurants, bars and shops are very close.

Der Empfang durch LOGA war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Allerdings hätte uns ein Stadtplan mit genauem Anfahrtsweg zur Wohnung sehr geholfen (trotz Google Maps). Denn das Wohnhaus liegt wirklich sehr versteckt und schwer zugänglich mitten im Zentrum. Mehr Informationen zu Mülltrennung und -deponie und Tiefgaragen (Lage, Tarife, Wochenkarte) wäre auch nützlich gewesen. Die Wochenkarte für die beiden nächstliegenden Tiefgaragen muss man bei der Gemeindepolizei (im Zentrum) kaufen, die aber am Samstag nur bis Mittag geöffnet ist. Wegen späterer Ankunft konnten wir also erst am Montag früh unsere Wochenkarte rückwirkend gegen Abgabe des Einfahrttickets dort kaufen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, gemütlich und aufwendig ausgestattet. Perfekt für unsere Familie von 7 Personen (Großeltern, Eltern, Kinder). Sie liegt mitten im Zentrum von St. Moritz. Bahn zum Skigebiet Corviglia, Busstationen und Supermarkt sind in 2 - 5 Fußminuten zu erreichen. Das Bussystem in St. Moritz ist sensationell. Wir haben unser Auto eine ganze Woche lang nicht benützt. Da fiel der Nachteil, dass die Wohnung keine Garage hat, nicht ins Gewicht.
