New deep water docks can accommodate many boats. Large, level yard perfect for night time campfires on the water and yard games during the day. Excellent swimming and fishing.

All amenities you’ll need: two fridges, stove, microwave, air fryer, large Black stone grill, propane grill, ice machine, washer/dryer. AC units in each bedroom

WIFI and smart TV’s. Central-zoned stereo and 360 porch (partially screened for perfect night time dining and socializing)

Super quick commute to Clayton and only a few minutes to the 1000 Islands bridge. Round Island has its own Post Office and Tennis Court.
