We had a wonderful stay in New Buffalo. This property is absolutely everything you see and read in the listing. The house is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. The location is a “10” as you are steps away from walking anywhere in the area. Although we did not cook any meals during our stay, the kitchen is beautiful and well equipped! The host Heather is so kind and patient. I asked a lot of questions and she responded promptly and with kindness! Thank you Heather for sharing your beautiful home with my family. If we ever head back to New Buffalo, we will be sure to stay at this amazing property.

The entire place was top of the line. Our group had so many nice things to say about the place while we were there! The pool was great and the kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook a couple meals during our stay. It's within walking distance to the downtown area so we didn't have to use our cars at all!

In one word: EXTRAORDINARY! An exceptionally well-appointed home. It is extremely clean and well-maintained, with so much thought given to every detail.Spacious enough to hold us (12 adults, 6 children, and an infant). Well-equipped kitchen with many indoor, enclosed, and outdoor seating options for meals. A great heated pool with all the toys and floaties, and lots of towels. Two washers and dryers, a great front porch, and a screened-in back porch. All is within 5 to 10 or so minutes from dozens of restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Heather and Rennie are exceptional hosts. We have never had a better experience!Highly recommend 103N!!Lisa N

We had the best girls weekend at this property in New Buffalo! The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a group. There were so many great areas to hang out, relax, and spend time together, which made the whole weekend feel easy and fun.The pool was a huge highlight. It was warm, inviting, and something we were able to enjoy all weekend long. The location could not have been better either, just steps away from the nightlife, which made going out and coming back incredibly convenient. Our host was fantastic, very responsive and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It made an already amazing stay even better. We loved everything about this place and would absolutely come back again. We could not have asked for a better experience!

The house was exactly as advertised! We had a large group for NYE of adults and kids ranging from ages 5-12, and there was something there to do for everyone. The kids never had a "I'm bored" moment! The pool was the icing on the cake. It was 20-25 degrees out all three days we were there and snowing and we enjoyed the pool for hours and hours and it held its temperature with no problem at all!!Heather was absolutely amazing to work with and reaponded to all our questions and needs immediately! We cant wait to plan a summer trip and return to see the town and beaches in the warm weather! We highly recommend this house!!!!
