New 4 room Suite, with kitchenette

The complete third story of this home is called The Houston Master Suite named after the current owners. The largest of the four total bedrooms in our historic home. You have an ensuite master bedroom and kitchenette, a sitting room with full size sleeper sofa/ office space.

Come experience the casual life of a gulf coast Scottish town. Whether you like fishing, Golfing, dancing, boating, or just plain relaxing at one of our many beaches, Dunedin is a place to come and visit and maybe stay aw

Guests have access to gourmet kitchen and laundry room. This is not an "open house" so if you plan to invite friends into the home, please let me know ahead of time so that I can inform other guests in the house.

I am local and will be on the property most days working out of the main house office but will out of the way unless needed.

Excellent place to stay in Dunedin

Just a block from downtown, this is a perfect location. The Houston suite was roomy and spacious for two people, and we loved the jacquizzi to relax in after a long day of fun. We used their beach cruiser bikes to take a nice ride along the rail trail and loved the front porch to just relax on after a nice dinner. The host was very responsive as well. Highly recommended.

Lovely home and excellent location.

The entire reservation and checkin process was easy and smooth. Communication with the host was excellent and prompt. Lovely home in a beautiful quiet neighborhood within close walking distance of town center. Enjoyed the home and our weekend. We stayed in the Houston Suite. The bath area was large with a great shower and jacuzzi tub. The sitting area was bright and relaxing. Wonderful venue!

This is a very beautiful property, right in the heart of Dunedin! Walking distance to everything. This house has an amazing wrap around porch with plenty of privacy for outside enjoyment along with a spaciously designed interior! All amenities plus more are personally thought of and provided by the family owned property!

Amazing Stay

Jennifer was a great host and was quick to respond to my questions. The suite was perfect for me and my two sons. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom is large. The location was awesome. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the Blue Jays Soring Traing games. Overall amazing time.

70th Birthday Celebration in Dunedin

To celebrate my wife's 70th birthday, we wanted to visit her best friend who lives in Dunedin. We chose to stay in the Houston Master Suite and are very pleased with our choice of accommodations. The house was grand and well maintained. Our suite was well appointed and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed drinking our morning coffee while sitting at the front window and looking out at the neighborhood from our perch on the 3rd floor. There was ample parking and we were only 2 blocks from downtown so we were able to shop and enjoy the charm of Dunedin without the hassle of driving or parking. I highly recommend The Houston Suite

Very friendly

Having a great place to stay makes a funeral so much more bearable. The coffee machine in the kitchen was very cool and a life saver. I appreciate the kitchen stocked with the essentials and the goodies like cookies and popcorn. I was impressed with the beauty of your house and the workmanship of items like the wood floors and kitchen counter tops. I took some time to look in depth at the decorations and furniture which was very pleasing. As soon as we got settled I hopped on one of your bikes and took a tour of Dunedin and the bike trail. Very nice and so close. I planned to buy a nice little end table I found at an antique shop and put it in your home to see if you would notice it. It is a fun thing to do. We ran out of time. We will be back.

Relaxing getaway

We live only 20 minutes away and wanted a short relaxing getaway for our anniversary. This place was really nice. Everything was very clean, decorated very nicely and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Only 1 block from downtown and an easy walk. The golf cart was really nice they had for us to use. It was really nice to have since it did rain some on Saturday. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was disappointing was there is not a TV. We wanted to be lazy and relax and watch a movie when we woke up Saturday morning and the play off games were on and we would have like to have watched the second half back in our room on Saturday night. This was our first of all our stays using Vrbo not having a television to be able use our streaming services. All in all we would definitely recommend staying here just a heads up on not having a television anywhere on the premises. Not even in the common area. Also Jennifer was very efficient on keeping in touch and quick with her responses when contacting her. Thank you Jennifer for a great stay!

What a lovely property! We stayed the weekend in the Houston master suite. It was lovely. Very clean and accommodating. The home itself was so beautiful. We felt so comfortable there. The location is excellent.
