Welcome to The Weekender House - our five bedroom, brand new oasis in Downtown Bentonville! Truly the ultimate place to spend a weekend, you'll find luxury amenities and plenty of living space for 16 people between our main house and guest house. Unwind on our gorgeous private outdoor patio with plunge pool, TV and lounge seating, cook a meal in one of our TWO state-of-the-art kitchens or cuddle up for a movie on the sofa in any of our THREE living spaces.

Located just TWO blocks from the Downtown Bentonville Square, The Weekender is within a 3-minute walking radius of dozens of Bentonville's favorite restaurants, bars, coffee shops, museums and MTB trails. Regardless of why you're in the area, The Weekender is the perfect home base for you and your crew to explore town. At home, enjoy our recently updated amenities that include plush robes, extra linens, and more kitchenware for your crew!



When you walk through the front door, you'll enter into our foyer. Immediately to the left, you'll see our dining room with an 8-top dining table, beautiful rattan light fixtures and TONS of natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. 



Walk a little further past the stairs and you'll enter into our open concept living and kitchen area. In the living room you'll find a large sectional, lounge chair, 65-inch Samsung Frame TV and gas fireplace. Up for a game night with the crew? We have Scrabble, Clue, Monopoly, Sequence, Bananagrams, puzzles, poker chips and cards in the cabinet by the fireplace. From here, you'll also have direct access to the back patio. 



To the right of the living room is our gorgeous, fully stocked kitchen. Here you'll have access to everything you need to create a delicious home cooked meal. In the center of the room, you'll see our large kitchen island with four leather barstools. Upstairs, you'll have access to another small lounge area with a couch and 65-inch TCL Smart TV.



Above the garage, you'll find our separate apartment with a secondary living space, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The living area has a couch, two lounge chairs, a 55-inch TCL Smart TV and two windows overlooking the yard. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances and has three wicker barstools overlooking the kitchen.



When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our seven luxury beds:

(1) Our first Primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet (with Pack and Play), 50-inch Samsung Frame TV and en suite bath.

(2) Our second Primary bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, 43-inch TCL Smart TV and en suite bath.

(3) Our third bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, closet, 33-inch TCL Smart TV and shared bath.

(4-7) Our fourth bedroom has two connected bunkbeds. Together there is 2 Twin-size mattresses on the top and 2 Full-size mattresses on the bottom. It also has a dresser, 33-inch TCL Smart TV and shared bath. In our apartment.

(8) The couch in the upstairs common area pulls out into a Full-size bed.

(9) Our fifth bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, 50-inch TCL Smart TV and a private bath.



Head out back to enjoy the pièce de resistance of our home. On the patio, you'll have access to an outdoor sectional, two lounge chairs and a 55-inch Roku TV. In the yard, you'll have our stunning plunge pool! Our pool is only 5 feet at its deepest point and 9 by 7 feet in size. It is the perfect hang out space to cool off in the summer with your crew! This outdoor space also features two chaise loungers and a BBQ grill. Our yard is also fully fenced-in for maximum privacy!



In the garage, we've provided four cruiser bikes and locks for you to use as well as bike racks, a bike workstation, a ping pong table, a TV, and a work bench. Everything you need to keep the bikes in tip-top shape!



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. There are two exterior cameras for the safety of the property. They are located on the front doors of the main and guest houses.

★ Not pet-friendly.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
