Our apartment is ideally located for a successful family vacation with 4 people. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a new kitchen, a cozy living room with flat screen and satellite TV, and a modern bathroom. Of course there is a private parking lot and WIFI.
Velden is located in a bay on Lake Wörthersee and is, among other things, the most famous holiday resort in Carinthia due to its promenade, casino and film set.
After a wonderful day at the lake, enjoy a drink on the promenade. In the evening, choose from a wide range of good restaurants - maybe try your luck at the casino?
The Wörthersee, which is a hotspot due to its international flair, is characterized by a Mediterranean flair and water temperatures up to 27 degrees. As one of the warmest swimming lakes in Austria, Lake Wörthersee offers an infinite number of sports and leisure options: swimming, water skiing and surfing, golfing, hiking and cycling - everything is possible. There are many events throughout the summer such as the GTI meeting, Ironman, White Night Party,
Carinthia's capital, Klagenfurt, is only 20 km away. Numerous shops, restaurants, museums and galleries, as well as the well-known Minimundus can be found there.
Do you want to go to another country? The borders with Slovenia and Italy are close. Trieste, Ljubljana or Venice can be reached within approx. 1.5 to 2.5 hours of driving and are therefore perfect for a day trip.
