Nice quiet spot

We stayed a week here as a family with young kids. Space was nice enough, and the yard in the back was great to let kids run around. The beds were all queen tempur-pedic mattresses. Kitchen had all the pots/pans/utensils needed such that we could make meals.

50th Birthday

We met up in Colorado from OR, CA, NC, and NM to jump out of an airplane for my 50th Birthday since my Son had a hockey tournament around Denver at the same time. Super convenient location to the Rinks relatively close to a great skydiving place in Longmont (a bit of a drive) and centrally located. But surprisingly quiet considering how close it was to a major artery. Reasonable back yard and enough room for 4 adults with a spare bedroom. I would visit again if I jump out of a plane for my 65th.

Why they chose this property

We chose this location intentionally. We can host a whole group (up to 8) without the cost of staying right downtown, while still being surrounded by amazing restaurants, being minutes from the foothills/mountains, and still just a quick drive from downtown.

What makes this property unique

As we've traveled and stayed in Airbnb's, we've seen a need for two main things: larger properties, and well-designed properties. We put tons of thought and effort into the details, providing a fully-stocked kitchen, brand new luxury mattresses, a foosball table, and decorate details everywhere you look.
