This is a single family home in a great North Glendale Neighborhood. The whole house is yours. Spacious 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home with a great back yard, patio, pool, hot tub and built in BBQ out back. Plenty of room to park with a 2 car garage and driveway parking.

This home is conveniently located in North Glendale. Walk to the park and lakes nearby. Easy access to the 101 Freeway and Arrowhead area with tons of shopping and dining, and the Peoria Sports Complex. A few miles North Happy Valley Towne Center with more shopping and dining. Lake Pleasant Lake is just a few miles away. if you enjoy boating, jet skiing, fishing, swimming or just camping out. A quick drive on the 101 to the South will get you to the Cardinals Stadium and the Westgate District with food, shops, theatres, concerts and sporting events and The Desert Diamond Casino. So much to do and see. This is about a 30-45 minute drive from Sky Harbor depending on time of day.

Free parking in the 2 car garage and driveway. No street parking, no trailers or campers please.
