Inside the home, gather in the spacious living area for a group movie night, or snuggle close to the fireplace on chilly nights while reading. Head into the well-appointed, full kitchen to whip up delicious meals together. The second floor boasts a bookcase and cozy reading nook for quiet afternoons.

Upstairs, the serene, separate studio offers a sunlit and spacious living area with a gas fireplace for watching TV together, while a second well-appointed, full kitchen stands ready to help you to whip up delicious meals that can be enjoyed side-by-side at the attached breakfast bar.

The sunroom offers an enclosed, all-season space where you can sip lemonade during summer afternoons or watch the snow fall on winter mornings. Outside, a furnished deck with a grill - perfect for dining alfresco - awaits.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
