Take time for two and go on a wonderful holiday in the modern holiday apartment idyll between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden. The newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser is located in the Maritime School in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations and has been renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. The modern 43m² attic apartment is on the 3rd floor and accessible via an elevator. The apartment convinces with its unique charm. The 2-room apartment in beach house style can accommodate 2 people. Here you can spend a cozy holiday at any time of the year. The high ceilings underline the friendly and spacious character of the apartment. The living area with its comfortable sofa and armchair invites you to spend relaxing hours together and recover from a wonderful day of vacation. Through the large windows you can see the horizon or the lagoon in the distance and watch what is happening on the water. The harmoniously coordinated furniture, the murals and home accessories let you calm down quickly and make your vacation a special experience. The design floor covering installed throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course there is free WiFi available in the apartment. The open fully equipped NOLTE - fitted kitchen borders on the living and dining area and has built-in electrical appliances, such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with numerous cooking accessories and has everything for a unique cooking experience. A modern dining area with comfortable shell chairs, which are kept in a timeless design, ensures a cozy get-together. The bedroom is in a modern beach house style. The comfortable box spring bed with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm invites you to dream. The wardrobe with safe for valuables and 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps fit into the harmonious ambience of the bedroom. The high light walls make it look friendlier. The bathroom, which is heated by the floor, impresses with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with a base cabinet. This en-suite bathroom is accessible from the bedroom for the first swing in the morning. The modern, light wall tiles in wood look shine for the special ambience of the beach house style. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. The darlings are welcome in the apartment, whether dog or cat. Everyone can feel comfortable here. After a long day, the in-house wellness and fitness area, which is also located in the main building, invites you to relax. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. Afterwards you can relax in one of the two saunas with an experience shower and in the relaxation room. The rental office and bread service are located in the main building. An outdoor parking space can be booked for your apartment. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house. There are several shops within a few meters.
