These beautiful thatched holiday homes are located on the sunny island of Usedom in the idyllic fishing village of Zirchow. The holiday village on the Szczecin Lagoon offers the right accommodation for every taste Cosiness is guaranteed in these exclusive thatched-roof houses.



The high-quality furnished semi-detached holiday home extends over two floors and has a modern and friendly design. From the combined living and dining area you can reach the terrace, where you can enjoy the marvellous sunshine of Usedom.



On cold days, you can warm up in the sauna and then cosy up in front of the wood-burning stove. The holiday home also has active air conditioning for cooling and heating. The first bedroom has a cosy double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The children can make themselves comfortable in the bedroom in the living area.



Germany's second largest island offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches and plenty of unspoilt nature. Here you are surrounded by the extensive nature reserve and will find peace and quiet as well as many leisure activities for the whole family.



The fishing village of Kamminke with its small harbour, bathing beach and leisure and cultural activities is approx. 4 km away. Other seaside resorts on the island, golf courses, St Mary's Church and the Ostseetherme thermal baths can be easily reached by car. The Achterland is a very interesting region due to its many sights and numerous lakes.



The small airport of Usedom is close to the holiday village. Here you can watch an aeroplane take off or land about once a day.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte mit 4 Erwachsenen im Fischerdorf in Zirchow und hatten dort eine Doppelhaushälfte. An sich eine sehr schöne Anlage. Wir waren bereits früher in einer benachbarten Anlage, daher hatten wir uns bewusst für diese Region auf Usedom entschieden. Etwas abseits vom Trubel, dafür schön ruhig und man ist in etwa gleich schnell in Swinemünde oder Heringsdorf. Obwohl die Anlage und Häuser recht neu sind, war unser Haus schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Die weißen Wände waren übersäht mit Flecken und Hinterlassenschaften von der Mückenjagd. Die Fliegengitter waren teilweise zerrissen, ein Stuhl war kaputt und die Oberflächen der Möbel zerkratzt. Es fehlte an vollständigem Geschirr und Besteck. Man gewinnt den Eindruck, als wenn seit der Einrichtung des Hauses kein Wert mehr auf den Erhalt des Ganzen gelegt wird. Das ist sehr schade, zumal eine Übernachtung dort nicht günstig ist und die Anlage als hochwertig angepriesen wird. Leider stimmte der angegebene Preis im Netz nicht und fiel insgesamt höher aus. Die Kosten für die Endreinigung und die Wäschepakete (nicht abwählbar) waren nicht richtig ausgewiesen. Insgesamt somit eine schöne Idee für eine Ferienanlage. Ohne regelmäßige Pflege jedoch in Kürze nicht mehr attraktiv.

Preis-Leistung gut

Wir haben zu dritt fünf Nächte im Objekt verbracht. Es ist gut und komfortabel ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Naja

Bei Ankunft war das Haus noch nicht gereinigt. Nach kurzem Anruf bei der Rezeption erschien auch schnell der Reinigungstrupp. Das Haus an sich ist schön und modern. Leider war im heizungsraum eine Wand bereits völlig schimmelig. Im Bad ging der Duschknauf nicht, weder an noch aus ging. Beide Schäden wurden unverzüglich gemeldet, leider aber erst zum Ende des Urlaubs behoben und das auch noch sehr schlecht. Kulanzangebote oder ähnliches Fehlanzeige, obwohl bei der Schlüsselübergabe alles reibungslos und super freundlich lief. Das war ein bisschen enttäuschend.
