Small dream house with a clear view of the lake, incl. Rowboat at Tingsryd

The house was renovated and added in 2019. It is quietly located on Fiskestadsjön, about 10 km north of Tingsryd. The house has a bedroom with access to a covered terrace, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with a large window and access to the terrace with a view of the lake a few meters away. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The price includes an aluminum rowing boat (make Linder 440), which is attached to the house.

The holiday property is rented to a maximum of 2 people.

The holiday home Söftestorp 8 is located on the neighboring site.

Good shopping, bank, doctor, pharmacy, etc. can be found in the nearby Tingsryd.
There are many opportunities to enjoy nature in the area, whether on foot by bike or by boat.
In Fiskestadsjön there are a. following fish: pike, perch, tench, roach. You can get the fishing license you need at the ICA supermarket in Väckelsång.
