The house is on a great street, walk to park. The neighbors had Christmas lights up. The house is a great size and everything worked in the kitchen. Hot tub was great. We enjoyed it and will hopefully use it again.
My family and I had an amazing time. We were close enough to all amenities we enjoy but still felt like we we glamping with the amazing back yard setup Katie was an amazing host throughout our stayHighly recommended
We had a great stay in the home. It was such a peaceful neighborhood, even on the 4th of July!Plenty of dishes and variety of blankets for comfort. We enjoyed our stay immensely!
The Peaks and Pines was a great place to meet with our daughter and her family who drove in from Phoenix. We loved the morning walks through the neighborhood. The trails were paved and easy to follow. The weather was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Katie was available to answer all my questions and was a wonderful host.
We had such a wonderful stay at this Flagstaff property! The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals together, and the living areas were cozy with plenty of seating for everyone. The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub! After a day of exploring Flagstaff and hiking nearby trails, soaking in the hot tub under the stars was the perfect way to end the evening. It was clean, warm, and such a relaxing treat. The location was ideal—close enough to downtown Flagstaff for dining and shopping, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood that gave us privacy and quiet. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and check-in/check-out were both seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable trip to Flagstaff.
We loved the house - it had everything we needed for our family. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood and took advantage of the walking trails and park. Flagstaff is just amazing - we loved everything about it!
My friends and I stayed at Peak & Pines for a weekend golf trip. The home was well located and accommodated our group perfectly.
Communication with the host was quick and easy.
The owner was extremely responsive and friendly. Great amenities and kid friendly. Everything we wanted to do was only 10 minutes away. Would definitely go back!!
We loved staying at Peaks & Pines! Located in a great neighborhood, we felt very safe when walking the trails in town. Baby proofing supplies available was amazing, as well as the coffee bar. It was clean and so welcoming. Highly recommend, we had a great experience.
We had a great time at this property! We had some trouble with the entry code not working when we arrived but the house was great, had everything we needed in a beautiful neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
Great location close to I-17 and I-40, restaurants, and other amenities. Very nice house with nice decor, comfortable furniture, smart TVs, and everything you need. The backyard hot tub and fire pit are nice for evenings too.
Amazing stay in a winter wonderland, there was so much snow! Katie was a wonderful host and very responsive whenever we had questions. The house had all of the necessities for a long weekend getaway. Would definitely stay again, maybe in the summer time so we could enjoy the outdoor backyard patio =).
The house was fantastic! Close to all the Disc Golf courses the we had to play for the tournament. It was great having the hot tub to relax in after each round. The amenities were great, and it was a great and cozy home for me and the guys for their week!
This very nice and spacious home is even better than it appears in the listing. Little touches like wifi that works well, big beautiful televisions with access to all our channels; a jacuzzi tub in the master, several ways to make coffee, and lots of provided Keurig cups and creamers, including Keurig hot chocolate for the kids. The bunk room worked great for our 3 preteen boys, and they also loved the back deck hot tub. We arrived to a very clean and nicely air conditioned home after easy communication with the hosts about check in and access.
Was a great house. Good living room, good bedrooms, good bathroom, very clean.
Only downside was kitchen missing some cooking basic utensils (cutting board, thermometer, etc,..)
Enjoyed our stay very much. Came right after the bad winter storm and unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the backyard at all as it was under many feet of snow, but that is no fault of the owner.
Living room has very nice fireplace and some board games. We played monopoly multiple times.
My family and I rented this home based on prior excellent reviews and pictures of the property however our experience did not meet expectations.
Pros:
Beautiful home
Clean home
Excellent location
Great coffee maker
Cons:
1. If you have a larger SUV, we drove a Yukon XL, it will not fit in the garage.
2. The front door lock system did not work and we were unable to enter with the code and had to use the garage to leave and enter the house.
3. The lights in the half bathroom had an electrical short and never worked so using your cell phone as a light in the bathroom was the only way to use this restroom
4. The hot tub was not working and was dirty.
5. No extra towels were given so even if hot tub was working we only had 8 bath towels for 6 of us to use for both hot tub use and shower use, only 3 wash clothes were given for 6 of us.
6. The front blinds did not work and we could not lower them at night or even raise them, so neighbors could see us every night.
7. No extra kitchen towels left to use to wash dishes
8. The master bedrooms toilet would continuously run unless you manually removed the toilet cover and adjusted the toilet bob to stop it from running non stop.
This house has the potential to be excellent, the property owner is very receptive but needs to make sure someone is paying attention to the maintenance. The neighborhood is awesome and if the house has more attention paid can be a great place to stay, but for us left us disappointed.
