Wonderful apartment for 8 people (6 adults + 2 babies or toddlers) with a roof terrace and sea views The 4-star newly built holiday apartment Tess in the Maritea holiday home with a modern ambience has a wonderfully large roof terrace with a bench, deck chairs and sea views! Bright, light-flooded rooms and equipment that leaves nothing to be desired (including mosquito nets on all windows) are waiting for you! Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and an ensuite bathroom! This apartment is even more beautiful in reality than in the photos! This large double holiday home is located in Medulin - diagonally across from the family supermarket. The apartment is located in the second half of the house, facing away from the main road. The distance to the port is approx. 400 meters. Peninsula Vizula with its wild beaches is approx. 650 m away, the sandy beach is approx. 900 meters, which can also be easily walked.
Warning: the building was only built in spring 2017. The empty property is currently still visible in the map!

Very good equipment: mosquito nets on all windows. Both the living room and each of the bedrooms have their own bathroom and satellite TV. All TV have German TV programs!
ADDITIONALLY available in the storage room:
Parasol - this can also be taken to the beach! 2x hair dryer, ironing table and iron, central vacuum cleaner (wall connection with automatic dirt disposal through the wall), 1x baby bed (without prior reservation).

Schöne, großzügige Wohnung

Frühstück auf dem Balkon im 3. Stock mit Blick aufs Meer, alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünscht. Wir haben in dieser schönen Wohnung einen schönen Aufenthalt in Medulin gehabt. Der Kontakt zu nettenVermieterin war sehr gut, die Wohnung liegt gut und zentral für alle Wege.

Super Ferienwohnung! Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern und super ausgestattet! Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auf Anfragen hat sie sofort und kompetent reagiert. Der Ausblick von Balkon war atemberaubend! Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war super! Großer Wohn und Essbereich. Küche gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz direkt am Haus vorhanden. Die Lage war auch super, nur kurz zum Hafen und ein kleiner Spaziergang zum Sandstrand. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, kommen auch gerne wieder :)
