Spacious 5 bedroom - family house located in Premantura, the southernmost tip of Istrian peninsula. Premantura is known as a charming tourist place abundant in greenery and proud of its clear and clean sea. South of the town is Cape Kamenjak protected landscape 9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with altogether 30 km of indented coastline.

House is 500 meters distanced from the sea, well fenced for the children protection and guests privacy, sharing parking place with small apartment "Jasna" nearby .

Living space of 150 sq meters is spread over ground and first floor, connected with inner stairs.

Garden with covered terrace and surrounding area spread over 670 m2 are perfect for the outdoor living, children playground and relaxed barbecue dinners. Pets will be thankful to you for choosing this holiday house.

There is also area of cca 235 m2 with parking space and outside showers which can be used by both houses.

Ruhig und wirklich viel Platz

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem gut gepflegten Haus. Sooo viel Grundstück, dass sowohl unsere Vierbeiner, als auch das Auto sicher standen - letzteres ist gerade in Premantura ein echtes Thema. Das alles nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Natruschutzgebiert mit richtig tollen kleinen Buchten Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder :-)

Viel Platz im Haus. Sauber, mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Das Grundstück dazu sehr groß. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Alles top und ich empfehle diese Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Optimale Nähe zum Kap Kamenjak

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig mit all den Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, einer großen Terrasse und dem Garten. Autos parken und möglicherweise Fahrräder ist alles problemlos. Im Örtchen Premantura sind nette Restaurants, Läden, Fahrradverleih usw. in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Man ist auch fast direkt an den Einfahrten in den Nationalpark Kamenjak. Auch eine Badestelle am Meer ist in 15 Minuten entfernt, sowie der Tauchcenter auf dem Campingplatz Runke. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht exzellent Deutsch. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich noch ein kleines Haus, das vermietet wird. Man hat getrennte Eingänge und Garten, sollte das aber dennoch wissen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus mit großem Grundstück

Großeltern haben mit Kindern, Enkeln und 2 Collies dort eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, groß genug mit ausreichend Zimmern. Eine große Küche, eine große überdachte Terrasse und viel Garten mit Gartenliegen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sie spricht sehr gut deutsch. Es gibt Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Zum Meer sind es 300 m. Das Haus liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung, somit keine laute Disco-Musik. In laufbarer Nähe ist ein Bäcker, ein kleiner Einkaufsladen und diverse Restaurants. Wir werden bestimmt wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Schönes, großes Ferienhaus in guter Lage mit guter Ausstattung

Freundliche Eigentümerin, schöner, großer Garten mit vielen Obstbäumen, ruhige Wohngegend mit allem nötigen in der Nähe, leider kein Backrohr (war auf den Bildern), dafür aber ein Kontaktgriller, etwas mehr Gläser/Tassen/Messer wären nicht schlecht, dann müsste man den Geschirrspüler nicht halbleer einschalten und ein langes Grillbesteck fehlt, da es mit dem vorhandenen Küchenutensilien etwas warm wird beim Rumhantieren, viele Hängemöglichkeiten in den Schränken, dafür aber fast zu wenige Kleiderbügel, die zwei Bäder, die Waschmaschine und der Geschirrspüler sind gerade, wenn man viele Leute sind und Kinder hat Gold wert, falls wir nochmal in der Gegend Urlaub machen sollten, würden wir definitiv wieder das Haus mieten

großes Haus mit viel Platz mitten in Premantura

großes Haus auf großem Grundstück in einer ruhigen Straße in Premantura. Wenige hundert Meter in die eine Richtung zum Zentrum mit Bäckern, Restaurants und in die andere Richtung zum Meer. Tip top sauber, Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht fliessend deutsch. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Oceniam obiekt pozytywnie. Oprócz drobnego mankamentu jakim był na początku brzydki zapach w łazience na parterze, który zniknął po jakimś czasie (prawdopodobnie z gulika), obiekt jest bardzo fajny.
