In addition to several living areas, this gem has a spacious modern kitchen that is ideal for family groups. Large king suite on the first floor. Washer / Dryer and half bath on first floor. A large elevated deck overlooks the Grist Mill Stream. The beautiful yard is spacious, private, and waterfront on a gorgeous stream that meanders a mile to the Atlantic Ocean. An outdoor studio building beside the stream is perfect for coffee or just relaxing. Located within walking distance to village shops, great restaurants, the Sandwich library and world-class museums, this home offers a true New England experience year round. Ideal for a large family, this residence provides gracious living as well as the iconic village and proximity to the beach. Sandwich attractions include Dan’l Webster Inn, Sandwich Glass Museum, Sandwich Boardwalk, Cape Cod Canal, and Heritage Museums and Gardens. One hour to Boston. Saturday to Saturday rentals only.
