Ocean front oasis with renovation nestled in the dune on a private beach.

OWL House! Updated, sophisticated, “attention to detail” beach-front cottage. Sunny, airy vaulted living room. Second bedroom is a walk-up sleeping loft with skylight, views, and built in storage. Back porch provides an extension to the house, space to grill, eat and relax with privacy and protection from the weather. Outdoor teak furniture, propane fire pit, and seasonal outdoor shower. The private beach is steps around the dune, camp fires are highly encouraged! Renovated full bathrooms, 2 ornamental fireplaces, 2 flat screen Roku TV’s, games, oozes character and charm.

Full kitchen, dishwasher, dining area with a generous farmhouse table that seats 8, an ideal spot to spread out for remote work. Pack as if you were going to be on a yacht as the home is nearly 100 years old, limited storage but the hidden washer and dryer make packing light a breeze!

Our family oasis has been updated to include security technology to assure comfort and safety. Wifi deadbolt for self check in and exterior monitored cameras.

Sandwich is the oldest town on the Cape with quintessential experiences beyond the beaches. We are looking forward to sharing this bespoke slice of heaven with you. Thank you for choosing Owl House!

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place used sheets and towels in the tub. Leave blankets, comforter/ duvets folded on the beds. If beach towels were used please wash and dry and fold them.

Recycling is in dumpster in front of cottage, trash dumpster is across the lot during the season. Off season trash can located behind the outdoor shower.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Terrific time at this gem of a spot! Everything was so comfortable and considerate (kitchen supplies - including coffee). Lots of extras (fire pit on the deck / charging ports everywhere, etc)Off season getaway meant tons of parking and extra privacy! Convenient to stores/P.O. etc too! We plan to return !

This place was amazing!!! I wish it was warmer so we could have enjoyed the private beach more!! The views were stunning. It was quiet, clean and not to far from stores and fun things to do!! The local restaurants were great and the little bookshop so cute. This rental has everything you need. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, right down to a basket of cape cod chips for a snack!! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash supplied in both bathrooms and outside shower!! We did use the outside fireplace and there is Also a grill. There is fun games to play and it's just cozy. I will be back and definitely recommend this to anyone looking to have a fantastic get away

Girls Trip

This was the best place to say with my group of girls. There was enough room for five girls, we could have fit a sixth! It was a great experience from before we even checked in to when we checked out. We couldn’t have pictured a better vacation and are so thankful for Kerry and her property!
