Die Wohnung ist Sauber, das Bad ist recht klein und nicht so gut für Ältere Leute .In der Küche ist alles vorhanden wie zb. Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle ,Kaffeemaschine usw.. Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße was man drinnen nicht hört aber auf der Terrasse natürlich schon . Uns hat es aber nicht so gestört. Die Lage zur Promenade ist super. An der ein oder anderen Stelle Gebrauchsspuren was aber OK ist für uns.Preis Leistung ist OK.

Wir kommen seit über 30 Jahren nach Grömitz und haben schon sehr viele Ferienhäuser (Wohnungen) zur Miete gehabt. Diese Wohnung können wir gerne weiterempfehlen, die Lage ist sehr schön und man wohnt ruhig. Muss nur einen Stern abziehen für das Bett im Schlafzimmer da waren die Madratzen zwar ok jedoch die Höhe ist sehr niedrig und das Gestell ist durchgelegen. Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Vielen Dank

Super Lage.Nähe zum Hafen.Nett eingerichtet.Bett könnte bequemer sein.Im Bad keine richtige Lüftung.Alles in allem aber ein gelungener Urlaub.
