Beautiful small home totally renovated in 2022 built in 1935. Beautiful views of Brest Bay on Lake Erie. Private neighborhood. Walk a few blocks to the beach. Walk across the street and go fishing. Relax out on the deck or on the porches. Sterling State park just a few minutes away. Local fishing charters. And ice fishing. Hunting in the winter.
