This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Monroe. With three comfortable bedrooms featuring a king, queen, and full bed, guests can easily unwind after a day of exploring. The delightful bathroom includes a bathtub and a walk-in shower with seats, a hair dryer and soft towels for added convenience. Stay cozy or cool with heating and air conditioning throughout the house. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this fabulous space offers a nice blend of comfort and ease. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

There is a playground across the street convenient for the kids to play while sitting out on the front patio, play board games, sit at the beach, go fishing, grill out, but most of all have fun.

Our home has a fully equipped kitchen to make your special meals with plenty of room to eat inside or outside on the patio.

We are close to Sterling State Park, Fermi II Plant, ProMedica Monroe Hospital and plenty of restaurants and shopping. We are minutes away from I-75. We are also mid-way between Toledo and Detroit, about 30 minutes each direction.

Our beachy home has a homey comfortable feel. We've provided an environment that is suitable for a family, fishermen, couples or a romantic getaway.

We have two electric fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom. There is a build in fireplace in the living room that is unavailable and cannot be used.

We provide a propane gas grill for outdoor grilling with plenty of seating outside.

We are directly across from Lake Erie, with beautiful sunrises that can be seen right from the comfort of the living room, sunroom or patio.

Seasonal note... for guests not familiar with mayflies, we get them here as we are near the water. They are seasonal, with the most being around the month of June. This is beyond our control.

We want all our guests to feel comfortable while staying in a place that feels like a home away from home. If you have any special needs or requests, please reach out, as we will do our best to provide accommodate your needs.

We have a driveway that can easily accommodate two trucks and two boats, and a single drive on the side of the house for additional parking if needed.
