Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, fader Beigeschmack

Grundsätzlich schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage, ein bisschen renovierungsbedürftig hier und da. Inakzeptabel war allerdings die Sauberkeit und die fehlende Reaktion von Seiten des Vermittlers Kruses Küstenappartments auf die Reklamation inkl. Bildern. Sehr enttäuschend, insofern in Summe die mittelmäßige Bewertung. Da gibt es definitiv bessere Vermieter aus Sylt!

Generalüberholung notwendig

Leider waren die Bäder nicht richtig geputzt und es gab sehr viele Spinnweben, die den Anschein erweckten, dass hier schon länger nichts gemacht wurde. Es müsste mal eine Generalüberholung stattfinden. Im Schlafzimmer im UG roch es modrig. Einer der Vorhänge zeigte Schimmelflecken. Die verrostete Wäschespinne wurde auf meine Bitte hin getauscht und die Agentur gab meinen Hinweis auf die Unsauberkeit an die Reinigungsfirma weiter, allerdings wurde hier nicht nachgebessert. In der Beschreibung wird von frisch modernisiert gesprochen, wenn man jedoch genau hinsieht, bräuchte an anderen Stellen das Holz auch einmal einen neuen Anstrich. Die Lage ist super, toll war auch, dass wir schon früher in die Wohnung konnten. Trotz allem hatten wir wieder einen schönen Urlaub. PS: Man könnte den Mietern Kapseln für die Nespressomaschine zur Verfügung stellen wie man das von anderen Vermietern kennt.

Eine schöne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung ist klein ,aber gemütlich. 15 Minuten vom Ort gelegen.Was ich anmerken muss ,ist das die Bratpfannen in einem schlechten Zusatand waren ,Toilettenpapier ,Mülltüten und Küchenrollen leider nicht oder zu wenig vorhanden waren . Der Wäscheständer ,Besen usw. leider draußen hinter dem Strandkorb im Dreck standen.Schade !!!!! Vielleicht ist das ja zu änderen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage. Strandnahe Lage, Fahrradverleih und Bäcker direkt in der Nähe. Friedrichstraße auch gut fussläufig erreichbar.
