• The Ostseehaus MARITIM is a 5-star comfort holiday home, approx. 250 m from the idyllic marina on the east bank of the Peenestrom, in a small, newly built holiday home area in the northern part of the beautiful sunny island of Usedom. • The approximately 750 m² property is about 2 km from the beach promenade. On two floors with 135 m² of living space, a living / dining room with kitchen and cozy fireplace, a combined living / bedroom, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sauna offer plenty of space for up to 6 people. • The house is spacious and designed from its construction as an allergy-free house. The light-flooded rooms offer an excellent indoor climate. It is decorated with great attention to detail.

The equipment of the house: • Living and dining room on the ground floor with integrated, fully equipped kitchen and cozy fireplace, two two-seaters plus relaxing armchairs in a cozy atmosphere with television. • Kitchen with fridge with VitaFresh compartments and freezer compartment, induction hob, oven with grill and microwave function, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, cookware etc. • Bathroom on the ground floor with bathtub and shower. Bathroom on the first floor with shower, hair dryer and adjoining sauna, generously cut for your sauna session. • Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, luggage bench and enough storage space for your favorite items. Living room and bedroom on the first floor with two single beds, television, desk and cupboards etc. • Utility room with washing machine and clothes horse, iron and vacuum cleaner plus three lockable valuables compartments for your personal valuables.

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
