The lovingly furnished, thatched house 'Villa Sandkorn' is idyllically situated, with a wonderful view over the backwaters and the nature reserve, opposite the newly created marina. This wonderful holiday home offers 7 people and a toddler comfortable vacation enjoyment in every season on approx. 115 sqm living space.
On the ground floor is the living-dining area with underfloor heating, with leather sofas and a relaxing armchair, fireplace, TV, DVD player and stereo. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker and all imaginable accessories. The bedroom with TV on the ground floor has a direct exit to the garden. The bathroom on the ground floor has a large, walk-in shower and a sauna. Upstairs is another large bedroom with a double bed and TV. The children's room has single beds and also a TV. On the upper floor is a large bathroom with window and shower. The garden is approximately 600 square meters and has a beach chair. All windows in the house have mosquito screens. The garden shed offers you the possibility of storing bicycles. WiFi is available
