Our waterfront haven can be your personal retreat. Just 35 minutes to Downtown North Conway, our home takes you away from the noise for quiet relaxation.
In the summer enjoy: - Tying your boat off to our private dock. - Bass fishing and water sports. - Fryeburg Fair minutes away - Hiking
In the winter have fun: - Skiing at Shawnee Peak (14 minutes away) - Snowmobiling (Trail directly across the street) - Ice Fishing - Snowshoeing - Bring your trailers, snowmobile & hit the trails
Our home is truly a unique gem. Crafted in traditional post and beam the cabin has a rich wood smell as soon as you enter it. One of our favorite aspects of the home is the Monsta' Skybox Seats (you may recognize the green color of the wall).
The outdoor space is truly the show stopper. A private dock, fire pit area, and farmers porch will give you plenty to do outside.
Our entire home (less a small storage area in the basement) is for your total use.

The perfect getaway spot for friends! Clean, beautiful house with central air, located right on the lake. Great communication from host. Plenty of parking available for multiple cars.
(9 adults) We had an incredible stay at the house. It had all the amenities we could ask for. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, multiple showers, central air, and my favorite the fire pit and grill. The location felt nice and private and the pier provided a nice spot to hop into the lake. 10/10 I would highly recommend staying here to any others.
We had a great time in the house with the family. Everything was well organized and the instructions were very clear to find the place and open the door.
I only wish I had took my boat, the house has a deck and there is a public launch nearby. The lake is large and has many places to explore.
Beautiful home!!! Everything you need
This house has central air , a beautiful view, a master bedroom with private bath , two rooms upstairs thst each sleep 3, large gaming area ,
Plenty of dining area seating .
Swimming right off the dock , a canoe to borrow too!
Bring your paddle board or kayaks it’s a perfect area for it ! 10/10 property
We spent two nights here while skiing at Pleasant Mountain. The house is striking when you turn into the wide driveway, even better than the pictures. The interior was very clean and airy. All the bedrooms were great - two of the rooms have an interesting bunk setup with a full bed under a twin, plus another twin. Two big living areas, an upper-deck bar, large kitchen with everything we needed. Extra large dining room table where we forced our kids and their friends to play board games with us. No cell service but wifi worked well, so plan accordingly. Perfect spot for a relaxing family trip.
I came to celebrate my Birthday with my husband and a group of family members. I wanted to do something different this year and this turned out to be one of the best getaways Ever! The property was Breathtaking!! It was spacious, clean, very well maintained, and up to date. We felt like we were on a Hallmark Christmas movie set 😃 All of my guests were extremely impressed by how Beautiful everything was. I would recommend this as your next destination if you're looking for something serene and peaceful giving you an opportunity to really enjoy each other’s presence. This is definitely a hidden Gem! Thanks to the owners/property manager.

Family trip to Maine
Although this property is fairly new, it is a commercial property operated by a commercial property management company. It was never a home. The house has yet to be finished. For example if you are looking to hang your clothes, good luck as there are no closet rods in the closets. These are also no shelves in the closets as well. A few windows still have the manufacturer stickers on them and one of the windows was never finished. There is zero privacy in this house as well. The interior walls do not extend to the ceiling!! and the plumbing going up to the second floor is also exposed. You can literally hear someone unroll the toilet paper when they use the bathroom. There is only one TV in this house and it is small and of poor quality, very bad picture on all channels. The master bed mattress or box spring is also very noisy. Impossible to rollover without waking the entire house.
The house could have been better cleaned, inside and out. We found someone’s clothes hanging in the back of the bedroom door. The fire pit area was just a mess. There seems to be an old roof or wooden dock just laying on the ground out back as well.
But probably the worst part of our experience was the property manager. The most non responsive experience in 20 plus VRBO stays. We asked for an early check in and received a response of I’ll try, it may cost more money, and I’ll let you know, and then no response.. We also had communication with him about the TV prior to coming and during and

David, it is unfortunate you feel you had such a negative experience. The 6 guests before your trip on the VRBO platform and 58 other guests on other platforms have rated this property to an average score of 4.95 with positive comments. This is not a commercial property management service. This is my partner's home and I care deeply about the comfort of my guests.
-What your review fails to mention is that you never communicated any negative feedback during your trip and to quote you in one of your only messages to me you said "You have a beautiful place. Last night was great and we enjoyed playing bumper pool." At this time you also notified me you took it upon yourself to buy a new TV because my TV was broken. You then concluded your communications with me that rather than return the TV, you wanted me to buy it. I didn't buy it and haven't heard back until this unexpected review. To address your comments for future guests to understand:
- The house is a cabin built with post & beam as pictured in the photos. This type of structure has unique characteristics not like contemporary homes which include a small gap where the drywall meets the wood ceiling so the beams may pass. Pictures show the design and it has not bothered any other guest.
- The 2nd floor bathroom is above the 1st floor bathrooms. The exposed pipes are in the 1st floor bathroom and above eye level obscured in the ceiling. These pipes are exposed for a short time and then run behind the finished wall.
- We have not had any complaints about the TV before or from the 2 guests after your trip and it worked fine when we checked it.
- There is ample storage for clothes across the entire house including bedroom furniture.
- The picture of the fire pit area in the listing is accurate. It is a clean and well kept gravel area with a clear path to the lake. I have a real time view from an exterior camera I can share with any guest.
- The reactive response times were on average within 26 minutes with some responses within 3 minutes. As with all my guests, I send proactive notes. There were several proactive messages that included restaurant recommendations, a message that encouraged feedback to me so I may make your stay more enjoyable, check in and check out instructions.
I take feedback and my guest's experience very seriously. I make changes when truthful feedback is provided. Unfortunately, David's comments are untrue or exaggerated and he did not present these issues during his trip.
