Enjoy a new construction home w/ beautiful finishes & an outdoor patio area 1 block from the beach and near downtown!! 2 King rooms & 2 Queen rooms along with a full size Murphy bed in living room area. Beach/Water views are just steps from the front door, also from the back yard, & walkable down sidewalks to the beach (just across Hwy 90) along with restaurants like Chimneys, Salute’, and Shaggy’s! 2 car garage and street parking available for up to 4 vehicles and an EV charger in the garage!
This beautiful home features a split plan with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. King room has a 50” television, en-suite bath with a large soaking tub, large shower, beautiful stone counters and finishes with double sinks, and a huge walk in closet. The bedroom at the front of the home features a queen bed with a television as well and a bathroom just beside it which is also usable from living room/kitchen. There is a full size Murphy bed that pulls down in the living room as well! Just move one small dining room chair and it will fully extend! The living room and kitchen are a beautiful space to entertain with absolutely breathtaking finishes and a large table for dining. Upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom as well with another king room with a large walk in closet to the right and another queen bedroom to your left. Both have televisions for your viewing pleasure and guests staying in these rooms would share the upstairs bath (which is separate from both). There is a full laundry room as well with both washer and dryer along with a 2 car garage and garage door opener remotes for your convenience. Enjoy coastal breezes in the swing on the front, just steps from water views and beaches!! Or enjoy grilling in back in fenced in private area, also with lovely water views towards the back. Walks to the beach should be more convenient with the beach cart we have also provided with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a spike for driving the umbrella into the sand, and some other items like a football and a frisbee as well :) You can easily walk to the beach but there is also parking by the beach if you’d rather drive down. There are restaurants like Chimneys, Salute’, and Shaggy’s just one block away so feel free to walk down the sidewalk on Hwy 90 or the one on 2nd street to come in at the back/parking of the restaurant area.
There is an nice park a short walk away with a tennis/pickleball court and walking track.

Everything was wonderful, but I was very dissapointed with check in. They told us we could get in at 3, but when we arrived we couldn't get access for over an hour. There were issues with our code. We had 4 very small children and two elderly parents, an infant sitting outside, needing to use the restroom, hungry, tired, hot, etc.
Property was very clean, well furnished, beds were comfortably. Having a two car garage worked out great for us. Close to a nice, clean beach. Good restaurants close by.
Everything about this stay was exceptional. The home was beautifully decorated, very spacious and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable week stay. The attention to detail really stood out, from the fresh linens and cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The host was amazing - friendly, responsive and went above and beyond answering every question and checking in after our arrival to make sure our stay was perfect. The location was great too - quiet, safe and close to beach. This home truly stands out as one of the best rentals. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience!
Phenomenal property in walking distance to the beach. The home is beautifully furnished and fully stocked - ready for your stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find a high chair, a pack and play, and beach toys, tents, chairs and wagons collected in the garage. Our family and friends had a great trip.
We really enjoyed our stay. The property was new, clean and in great shape. The location was very close to the beach, the aquarium and several restaurants. Communication was great and we can’t wait to come back!

This is a great place to stay in a great location. My wife and I would like to know the brand of the mattress in the main bedroom. It was very comfortable.

We have lived on the MS gulf coast for 15 years now and have loved being here. It has been a wonderful area with multiple towns that provide lots of great food and entertainment. We have enjoyed being able to provide memorable experiences to our guests.
Why they chose this property
New Construction area with lovely views of the water from sidewalks and an eay walk to the beach. 2nd Street which runs just behind here is a very highly sought after area in Gulfport. It has many beautiful oaks and is one block from the beach and close to downtown. There are many historic homes that have been renovated and many new construction homes in the area. Thornton Ave is a very quiet street walkable to restaurants close by and a very easy drive or uber ride into downtown about 1 min drive away. 20 min walk if preferred.
What makes this property unique
Beautiful new property close to the beach and down town. One of the nicest rental properties available. Stallone and Travolta's movie producer reached out about our home and stayed here in April-May of 2023 while filming a movie in the area.
