Between Hameln (25km) and Holzminden (25km) directly on the Weser, the small town of Bodenwerder is the birthplace and residence of the lying baron Hieronymus Carl Friedrich Freiherr von Münchhausen. In the middle of the Weser Uplands is our cozy apartment in Bodenwerder in the Solling Vogler Nature Park.
So our apartment is an ideal starting point for your vacation in the beautiful Weserbergland. Terrace, garden with lawn and deck chairs, bedroom with double bed 180 X 200 and wardrobe, living room with round seating area with sleeping function, for 2 people, cable / satellite TV, radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, etc. Parking space for cars,
Dogs allowed.
Bicycles can be parked in the garage.

Im großen und ganzen hat es uns gefallen, die Wohnung hatte jedoch ihre Macken.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Das Bad hatte kein Fenster und die Abluftanlage funktionierte nicht. An der Aussenwand konnte man erkennen, dass sie verstopft bzw. total zu war. In der Küche an der Pinnwand befanden sich ein paar sehr unangenehme Zeilen des Vermieters. Ausserdem roch es in der Wohnung unangenehm nach Ölheizung.Die Matratzen waren total durchgelegen. Die Landschaft gefiel uns jedoch sehr gut und wir konnten viel unternehmen. Besonders im Münchhausenmuseum hat es uns sehr gefallen, insbesondere auch wegen der angenehmen zwei Damen, die uns sehr gut und humorvoll informiert haben.

Guten Tag, vielen Dank für ihre Bewertung, nur schade, dass Sie uns nicht angesprochen haben auf irgendwelche angeblichen Mängel. Wir haben die Abluftanlage geprüft, die auch einwandfrei in Ordnung ist. An der Pinwand ist eine ganznormale Hausordnung: das z.b. in der Fewo nicht geraucht werden darf, Entsorgung von übrig geblieben Lebensmittel in die dafür bereitgestellten Tonnen zu entsorgen. Genauso das Hunde nicht mit ins Bett genommen werden dürfen, vielleicht meinten Sie das als unangenehme Zeilen. Wir benutzen zur Warmwasser Versorgung eine Wärmepumpe. Das Schlafzimmer wurde im November mit neuem Möbel ausgestattet und natürlich sind die Matratzen auch neu. Schön das ihnen das Weserbergland gefallen hat.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung

In ruhiger Lage gelegen mit allem was man in der Wohnung braucht, es fehlte an nichts. Sehr freundliche Vermieter die für alles ein Ohr haben. Sehr zu empfehlen.
