We enjoyed our stay very much! Close to beach, spent half a day there. The kids had a great time fishing and paddle boarding in the canal. Plenty of room and well stocked.

Thank you for providing a great review! We take pride in providing a well-decorated and furnished space for our guests to enjoy. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and found everything to your liking. See you next time!
This property was what we needed for our stay. The location and distance to the beach and store was wonderful. Close enough to enjoy and the dock was so much fun! Only thing i wish we were told was that the water smells a good bit but it doesn't make you or your clothes smell. We were staying here during a tropical storm (not part of our plan but oh well) and even though it all flooded, this house is high enough where no water reached our vehicles.
Very nice property for the price.

Thank you for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the property's location and amenities, especially the dock. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the water smell, and we appreciate your understanding during the unexpected tropical storm. We're glad the house kept you and your vehicles safe. We hope to welcome you back in the future for another enjoyable stay.
I had a great time here with one exception, mosquitoes. I know any time staying near marshes there will be mosquitoes, the recent high water was also part of the issues with mosquitoes. We were not able to use the hammock and hanging chairs due to the little pests. Make sure if using a boat to be careful on low tide, the access channel to the house gets shallow on low tide.
The house was comfortable and spacious, seated everyone comfortably. The kitchen fit 3 people comfortably. The beds had plenty of linens for use. The bathrooms were stocked full on towels.
If you are wanting a place to stay for a fishing trip, this is the place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback, Lance! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay overall. Our coastal marshes can bring challenges with mosquitos, especially after recent high water. We appreciate your understanding and will look into ways to mitigate this issue for future guests. Your tip about navigating the access channel during low tide is also valuable for future guests. We hope to welcome you back for another fishing trip soon!
Despite our brief stay, the property exceeded our expectations. The mgmt team was accommodating and very friendly and gratious.Home was clean, plenty of towels. And the beds were incredibly comfortable.
