Duplex apartment Harzblick

he maisonette is located on the edge of the forest above the village and offers you peace and relaxation. From the apartment you have a wonderful panoramic view of the Innerste valley.

The 58sqm apartment is spread over 2 floors and has a separate entrance.
The living room has a generous window front, a cozy seating area, dining table and chairs, wooden board games and a large TV. From the living room you enter the balcony, which is south of the apartment.
In addition, on the lower floor there is the hall, a bath and the kitchen. The kitchen is u. a. equipped with stove / oven and 2 coffee machines (Tassimo, filter). A storage room under the stairs provides additional storage space.
Upstairs is a large bedroom and an additional daylight toilet.

The apartment is located in an apartment building with 6 residential units. It is built in solid construction on a slope on a spacious forest plot.
The forest portion of the property goes directly into the forested mountain hut with its various hiking trails, so that you can start your excursion directly from the apartment door. The location is also ideal for dog owners, as the small and large gas lanes are possible without any road / car contact.

The wild and romantic mountain town of Wildemann (800 inhabitants), which is also known as the 'Little Tyrol' of the Upper Harz, lies nestled between the Innerste and Spiegel Valley in a charming natural landscape. All around Wildemann you will find wonderful hiking trails and quiet side valleys, in which clear streams flow and idyllic ponds invite you to linger.

The 19-seater gallery, an outdoor pool heated in summer and a glow golf course are other leisure options in town. In Wildemann there are several restaurants, cafes, a small supermarket, a bakery and a kiosk.

The university town of Clausthal-Zellerfeld with all kinds of shops can be reached in about 15 minutes by car and the climatic health resort Lautenthal with the Innerstalsalsperre in about 10 minutes. The imperial city of Goslar is about 30 minutes away.

Die Ferienwohnung ist großartig. Der Ausblick einfach wunderbar. Es ist alles so, wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht und werden die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön! Eine Auflaufform wäre noch schön, ansonsten alles da! Der Weg bzw.die Treppe zur Wohnung hoch sehr lang und bei Glatteis und Schnee wirklich gefährlich! Kein Streusalz vorhanden, kein Besen oder Schneeschieber. Ich musste unseren kleinen Hund tragen, da er sonst im Schnee verschwunden wäre.Man sollte die lange Treppe erwähnen, da es für ältere Menschen oder Gehbehinderte eine wichtige Information wäre. Der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer, wenn man es nach oben geschafft hat ist wunderschön. Wir hatten aber eine tolle Woche!

Es war echt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in der Wohnung im kleinen Wildemann…:)Man konnte endlich mal komplett abschalten, da wir aus Hamburg kommen :)Wir würden die Unterkunft jedes mal wieder buchen ;)

Wunderschöne Umgebung

Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer oder Balkon ist wunderschön. Für Menschen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, ist der Weg von der Straße zur Haustür, mit Gepäck eine kleine Herausforderung. Für uns war es kein Problem. Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Man hat alles was man braucht.

Schöne helle Wohnung

Für Wanderfreudige oder Menschen mit Hund ist die Lage optimal. Man ist sofort mitten in der Natur und auf verschiedenen Wanderwegen. Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und sauber mit wunderbarem Ausblick in die Natur. Lediglich der "Aufstieg" zur Wohnung ist sehr steil und vor allem mit Gepäck eine Herausforderung, bedonders für gehbehinderte Menschen. Im Schlafzimmer könnte ein Verdunklungsrollo angebracht werden, da es nachts sehr hell ist, aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Ruhe und Erholung

Die Lage ist für eine tolle Aussicht perfekt. Hier gibt es noch etwas zu sehen vom Harz und seinem Baumbestand. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Jedoch ist anzumelden, dass es mit Koffer und Reisegepäck sehr beschwerlich ist alles in die Fe-Wohnung zu bekommen. Genauso die Einkäufe. Abschließend ist die Wohnung an einigen Stellen instandsetzungs- und renovierungsbedürftig sowie es fehlt ein zeitgemäßer Geschirrspüler.

Herrliche Entspannung

Wir haben uns in der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sofort wohl gefühlt und hatten sehr entspannte Tage. Besonders gut hat uns das Sonnenfrühstück auf dem großen Balkon mit Panoramablick gefallen. Wir haben viele schöne Wanderungen entdeckt und hatten tolle Ausblicke.

Superschön gelegen und gepflegt

Wir haben in der Wohnung ein paar sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Wenn man aus der Haustür geht, kann man über einen kleinen Weg direkt in den Wald gehen, in dem es viele Stellen zu entdecken gibt. Ich hätte auch nicht gedacht, dass die Aussicht vom Balkon so schön wie auf den Fotos ist, aber es ist wirklich so schön 😊 (besonders, wenn man auf dem Balkon frühstücken oder Kaffee trinken kann)… Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub

Region ist zum Wandern gut geeignet. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Mein Freund war nicht so glücklich mit der Wohnung, ich fand sie auf den ersten Blick sehr schön. Leider geht ein Schrank kaum auf und die Küchenschränke bräuchten einen Puffer, die sind zugefallen. Das Zubehör war soweit ausreichend, nur ein zweiter Kochlöffel und ein Besen fehlten uns. Außerdem konnten wir die Papiertonne nicht finden... sonst ist es dort schön und der Ausblick ist top. Zum einkaufen waren wir immer in den Nschbarorten, da in Wildemann nicht viele Möglichkeiten bestehen.

Sommerurlaub im Harz

Mein Mann und ich haben einen wunderschönen 2-wöchigen Urlaub im Harz verbringen können! Nicht nur dass das Wetter und die Umgebung einfach toll war, auch die Ferienwohnung und Ihre Vermieter sind einfach empfehlenswert! Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und man war sofort mit Rat zur Stelle, wenn es nötig war! Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist für einen Harzurlaub optimal, so dass wir das Auto auch mal stehen lassen konnten und einfach vor Ort bleiben konnten. Die Ferienwohnung selber lud auch dazu ein, den einen oder anderen Tag einfach mal "zu Hause" zu bleiben und die schöne Sicht vom Balkon aus zu genießen! Fazit: Ein rundum wunderschöner Urlaub in Wildemann und Umgebung! Danke sehr!!!

Toller Ausblick, tolle Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Der Blick aus dem riesigen Fenster ist atemberaubend und der Elektrokamin sorgt für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Von der Wohnung aus kann man in viele verschiedene Richtungen zu Wanderungen aufbrechen. Wildemann ist ein wirklich charmantes hübsches Örtchen. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche in Ihrer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Es war sehr ruhig und gemütlich, die Aussicht sogar bei Regenwetter fantastisch. Die kleine Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig war. Wenn die Sonne geschienen hätte, hätte uns eine Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer gefehlt. Der sehr einfache Check-in hat uns sehr gefallen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung,wer es ruhig mag und Erholung Brauch ist dort sehr schön,wenn man mit dem Hund reißt sehr super man kann direkt am Haus rundum wandern gehen .
