From the living room you have direct access to the winter garden from which you can enjoy the beautiful view. The terrace with barbecue facilities and a large garden are at your disposal. Top ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung im Ortsteil Schlag befindet sich auf zwei Ebenen. Unten Bad und zwei Schlafzimmer mit Ausgang zur Terrasse. Oben Toilette, Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und das dritte Schlafzimmer. Die große Wohnung bietet jeden Komfort. Erreichbar ist die Wohnung am besten mit dem Auto. Von der nächsten Bushaltestelle Sommerrodelbahn geht es ganz schön steil in den Ortsteil Schlag nach oben, was mit Koffern extrem mühselig wäre. Von der Wohnung kann man den Dreifaltigkeitsweg wandern. Von Grafenau kann man schöne Ausflüge zur Landesgartenschau, zum Waldwipfelpfad, zum Freitiergehege, nach Zwiesel usw. machen. Das Parken am Bahnhof ist mit dem Parkausweis gratis. Waldbahn und Busse sind in der Aktivcard enthalten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Tolle moderne Ferienwohnung,nette Gastgeber,tolle Lage in Grafenau

Unser Urlaub in Grafenau war super.In der tollen modernen nichts fehlenden Ferienwohnung bei den sehr herzlichen Gastgeber Familie Quednau.Kann ich nur empfehlen Urlaub zu machen.Und mit der angebotenen Aktivcard,haben wir viele Freizeitgestaltung umsonst gemacht,hat sich gelohnt für uns,es waren sehr schöne Sachen dabei wie Sommerrodellbahn,Schwimmbad,Freizeitparks,Tierparks,Minigolf usw.Essen gehen kann man auch gut beim Griechen in Grafenau.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch gleich im Ort.Für uns war es ein gelungener Urlaub,vielen lieben dank an Familie Quednau;)Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal hin fahren. Liebe Grüsse von Familie Kümmel

Top FeWo in super Lage

Wir waren für eine Woche zu Gast und fanden eine sehr geräumige und saubere FeWo vor. Die Zimmer sind gut geschnitten, die Küche sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Anreise war trotz Sonderwünschen problemlos möglich, da der Vermieter sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und flexibel ist. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und möchten uns hier nochmal beim Vermieter bedanken! Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Motorradgruppe aus Berlin

Sehr große, modern ausgestattete, familienfreundliche Wohnung

Die großzügige Wohnung, die die komplette rechte Seite eines Zweifamilienhauses einnimmt, liegt mit herrlichem Blick in der Stadt Grafenau. Wir hatten viel Spaß mit Alexa, Netflix und der musikspielenden und mit weiteren Gadgets versehenen Duschbadewanneneinheit. Wären unsere Kinder noch kleiner gewesen, hätten sie viel Freude an der Mitbenutzung der Spielgeräte im Garten gehabt. So haben wir unseren Teil der Terasse genossen mit dem schönen Blick auf Wiesen, Hügel und Höfe und auf Grafenau. Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind angenehm groß und haben sehr bequeme Betten. Aufgrund der Hanglage befinden sich Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer ebenerdig und die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer eine Treppe tiefer, die Terasse kann man aus einem der unteren Schlafzimmer betreten oder über eine Wendeltreppe vom Wohnzimmer aus. Die Einrichtung ist neu, liebevoll zusammengestellt, es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind nett, gut ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Über die Kurtaxe erhält man eine Aktivcard mit der man in Grafenau und Umgebung viele Aktivitäten kostenlos nutzen kann. Wir haben die Sommerrodelbahn, Minigolf und das Wellenfreibad genutzt und sehr genossen. Wanderungen in den Bayerischen Wald oder Baden in einem der vielen Seen sind ganz nah möglich.
