Neighborhood description The condo is located right at the border of Kihei and Wailea. Kihei: The southwest shore of Maui is home to the lovely town of Kihei, one of the sunniest places on the island- with only about a foot of rain per year. As the climate is sweltering and dry, it was once called Kama’ole, which means ‘barren.’ Today, however, Kihei is anything but barren and boasts a wide variety of attractions and activities for visitors of all ages. Wailea: Known for its five beautiful, crescent-shaped beaches and stellar golf courses, Wailea is a luxurious resort community in South Maui that spans 1,500 acres of land with staggering ocean views. The area exudes a sense of privacy, serenity and freedom spread across an area three times the size of Waikiki. The area’s signature beaches include Wailea Beach, named “America’s Best Beach” in 1999, Polo Beach, with excellent swimming and snorkeling, and Ulua Beach Park, where early morning and sunset walkers and joggers abound. The Wailea Blue, Wailea Gold and Wailea Emerald courses make up the 54 holes of championship golf that have made Wailea so famous.

I absolutely loved this property. The recent remodel made this place so enjoyable to be in, sometimes I didn't even want to leave. It was perfect for my 1.5 year old son on the first floor and plenty of room for a family of three. The property is immaculate with updated appliances and everything we needed was already provided. I would definitely stay at this property again in a heartbeat. The owner and property manager were very responsive to any inquiries I had. In comparison to another property I stayed at last year in the area, this property far outweighed in feeling safe, comfortable, and close enough to all Kihei restaurants, stores, and beaches. The employees around the property were also very nice and welcoming (which I have not had in other stays in Maui). We only had to areas of (very mild) dissatisfaction. There was construction that prevented us from using the closed patio for a duration of our trip and the bed frame did not seem very sturdy for two adults that were 180 lbs and 230 lbs (we ended up sleeping separately because we didn't want to damage anything). However, the property manager was very responsive and we were happy with everything else the condo had to offer. 10/10 would recommend this property and I hope to stay there again!
