This unit is an 8 minute walk to Keawakapu Beach and a 5 minute walk to Kamaole Beach Park III and a 10 minute walk to Kamaole Beach Park II. The shops at Wailai are a 10 minute drive away.

TRASH Trash must be kept in closed containers and not allowed to accumulate. There is a green dumpster in the parking lot. Take out all trash and wash dishes upon departure.
PARKING One parking space is available for guests. I will provide the space number with all directions after the booking is confirmed. Park only in designated space. Use the key provided in the house. This will insure that you do not get locked out.
There is a $75 charge if you do lock yourself out and a key must be brought to you.
WHAT WE SUPPLY The property is equipped and set up as a fully furnished house that includes linens, blankets, pillows, towels (including beach towels), snorkel gear, beach chairs, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and outdoor furniture. A small supply of paper goods and detergent (dish and laundry) is provided to get you started.
HOUSE CLEANING Non-refundable House Cleaning Fee covers a thorough house cleaning prior to your arrival.
DAMAGES The deposit will be used to cover the cost of any damages that occur. Guest will notify owner of any damages that occur during their stay. The deposit is for security and shall be refunded provided no deductions are made due to: i. damage to the property or furnishings; ii.excessive dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or iii. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
OCCUPANCY The maximum number of adult guests allowed is 4. Children under 12 not counted
OWNERS CABINETS may not be tampered with. Any tampering of locks will result in automatic loss of deposit in addition to any repairs or losses incurred by owner.
INJURIES The owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to people while on the premises.
LIABILITY AND DAMAGE Tenant shall indemnify and hold Owner free and harmless from any and all liability, claims, loss, damage or expenses, including attorney fees, arising by reason of any death, injury illness or property damage sustained by any person including Tenant or any agent, employee, guest or invitee of Tenant where such death, injury, illness or property damage is: a) allegedly caused by a negligent or intentional act of tenant or any guest, invitee or agent of the tenant, and/or b) allegedly caused by a negligent or intentional act of Owner or any guest, invitee, agent or employee of Owner, unless there is gross negligence by owner. Neither owner nor their agents shall be liable for any damage to personal property of the Tenant, or invitees, from theft, vandalism, fire, water, rain, acts of God, and interruptions of utilities, acts of others or any other causes whatsoever.

This was an excellent property in a very convenient spot in Maui. The view from the living area was spectacular and the unit was well equipped and very clean.
The host, Mark, was very accommodating and was great at keeping contact before and during the stay to ensure we had a fantastic stay! The rental was very well equipped and had everything we needed and more. The location is pefect with great views, we hope to return soon!

This condo has an amazing view that changes all day as the sun moves. Breathtaking! The condo has everything you need and is quite comfortable. The host, Mark, is very attentive and gracious. The condo is walkable to the beach, stores and restaurants. The condo amenities are excellent - common BBQ, pool and spa. We had a great 2 week stay!

Beautiful property. Very clean and well kept. Great location and patio view. Close to dining and beaches. Owner was very professional and nice. Made sure we were comfortable and happy. Definitely recommend this property.
We loved our stay in South Maui! The pictures accurately show the property and we loved seeing the sunrise and sunset over the lanai. This condo is towards the "end" of the strip of condos/restaurants in Lihei, which was perfect for us to feel a little more removed from the hustle and bustle, but still very convenient to get to; we walked a few places, but mostly took a short drive to dinner. Very conveniently located to main roads to get to the Road to Hana, Haleakala for Sunrise, West Maui and South Maui beaches. Would definitely stay here again!
I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property in December, and it is truly one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in Maui. The unit has a lovely ocean view and is especially convenient as the first unit from the road when you drive in—very easy access.The location is fantastic: walkable to Wailea and extremely close to the beach in Kihei, which made getting around effortless. The apartment itself is very well stocked and clearly thoughtfully designed. The bathroom is spacious and particularly nice, and the bed was very comfortable.What really stood out to me was the décor. It is tastefully done and easily some of the best decoration I’ve seen in a rental. I especially loved the Buddhist theme—the colors, artwork, and overall flow of the space create a calm, harmonious, and welcoming atmosphere.Communication with Mark was excellent throughout the stay—clear, responsive, and easy. I’m so glad I chose to stay here this time and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend.
This was our first trip to Hawaii. The condo was perfect for our needs. The view was just amazing, and the beach was just a short walk down the block. Mark was a great host. He checked in regularly, and had the water outside fixed immediately when we discovered that it had been shut off. We definitely recommend staying here!

Back home from our wonderful stay at Maui Kamaole A114. We enjoyed it very much!
The location is beautiful and very convenient. We loved to watch the whale activity from the lanai! Enjoyed the ”Sonos ” sound and were delighted to find a guitar and a ukulele hanging on the wall - all tuned in🎶 . Never played a ukulele before, but got really interested, purchased one and are now eagerly learning the first chords! Love it!
We want to return back on our next annual visit!

Comfy laid-back condo with incredible sunset ocean views!
Mark was a fanastic host, communicating quickly regarding any questions or issues. The property is surprisingly spacious, with two large full baths and a very livable, open kitchen/main living area. We were able to easily walk to several great beaches and explore the area and beyond from this location. We were there for a wedding in Wailea and were surprised that it took us only a few minutes to drive to the venue. And the condo was supplied with all kinds of beach items - chairs, towels, snorkels, etc. Loved our stay!!
Hi there! I'm Mark! I love to travel and one of the locations I frequent is Maui. I love the view, the location, and all the amenities this unit has to offer!
When staying in Maui I like to spend my mornings on the water. I normally head down to Maui Waveriders around 7am and rent a paddle board. The surf is relatively calm and great for a morning workout. Afterwards I like to go to Nola's for breakfast. In the afternoon you'll likely find me at Coconuts for their great fish tacos and at Mamas Fish House for dinner.
In the evening I like to walk down to 5P (5 Palms) for their happy hour specials. The beach across the street is beautiful and I like to spend the day there before breaking out the bbq in the evening. I like to go to the Dog and Duck Pub for a night cap and a bit of live music.
