Prédio bem cuidado, apartamento muito organizado, embora as informações estejam todas em Alemão. As ventoinhas são essenciais para os dias de calor.Casa de banho muito bonita e espaçosa. Cabine de duche divinal. Sala muito espaçosa com muitos jogos. Varanda com espaço para mesa e 4 cadeiras, com um vista maravilhosa. A cozinha tem 2 mini frigoríficos, mas os mesmos não conseguem fazer frio suficiente, para ter tudo fresco. Não conseguimos fazer grandes compras, pois não há espaço suficiente nos frigoríficos. Tendo em conta que a sala tem muito espaço, acho que seria excelente ter um frigorifico maior.De resto, adorámos!

Ein grandioser Ausblick vom Balkon auf Strand und Meer. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles sehr sauber. Modernes Badezimmer und WC. Netter Kontakt vor Ort. Waschbecken im Bad war die ersten zwei Tage verstopft und nicht nutzbar. Wurde dann in Ordnung gebracht.Hygieneartikel (Toilettenpapier, Seife, Spülmittel...) nur auf das Äußerste begrenzt. Sind wir bei dem Preis anders gewohnt.Klimaanlagen nur in den Schlafzimmern und da auf Betthöhe angebracht. Also nachts nicht nutzbar.

Hallo Helge, Danke für dein ehrliches Feedback. Das mit der Waschbeckenverstopfung tut uns leid, wir bitten die Unannehmlichkeiten zu entschuldigen. Ja, eine Split-Klimaanlage hätte uns auch besser gefallen, wegen der Feuertreppe ist aber leider kein Außengerät möglich und so blieb nur ein Monoblock-Gerät übrig. Gruß Michael Jung

Hier ist eine kurze und freundliche Bewertung mit dem Hinweis auf den fehlenden Elektrogrill:---Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Leider war der angekündigte Grill nicht vorhanden – das war etwas schade. Ansonsten aber absolut empfehlenswert!

Top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Wir verbrachten 2 wunderbare Ferienwochen in der Wohnung von Familie Jung. Wir wurden herzlich von Martina empfangen, die uns in die Wohnung begleitete und alle erklärte. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet: tolles Bad mit besonderer Dusche und auch die Küche hat alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht- Es fehlt an Nichts und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die geniale Lage direkt am Meer, erlaubt einem zu jeder Zeit eine schöne Abkühlung im Meer....wir kommen gerne wieder.

avis sur notre séjour

l'appartement a une vue imprenable sur la mer !! il est grand, très lumineux et agréable seul hic il manque une place de parking à disposition car en Août il est très difficile de se garer en face donc les bagages et les 17 étages ne sont pas accessibles à toutes et tous il faut être patient ! cependant tout est à proximité pour les courses et les sorties bars , restaurants très beau séjour pour nous en tout c

Wunderbarer Ausblick

2 Wochen im Juli 2024. Sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo in der 17.Etage eines 20-stöckigen Gebäudekomplexes. Sonnenbalkon mit direktem wunderbarem Blick auf die Bucht von Roses. Zwei Fahrstühle sind vorhanden - einer davon immer im Betrieb. Direkter Zugang zum sehr großen Sandstrand (Tägliche Reinigung). Öffentlicher Parkraum vor dem Gebäude. Strandbars, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Idéalement situé tout peut se faire à pied. L’appartement est vraiment très bien équipé. Spacieux pour 4 personnes on ne se sent pas à l’étroit. Et en plus il bénéficie d’une vue mer magnifique.
