About this property

Enjoy your beach vacation only minutes from the beach. With your own private condo and spacious living accommodations. Here at Villas on the green you also have access to an outdoor pool right outside your door! The community is very laid back and quiet, perfect for your ideal vacation. Less then a mile from Kinds Highway, "The Strand", where you'll have plenty of options for dining, gift shops, and more. The Condo has internet, smart tv's and its own washing machine and dryer and full kitchen.

Pool is open from 9am-11pm

Please know this Condo is up a single flight of stairs, it’s a short flight but if you are unable to go up stairs please do not book this rental.

Grills: Charcoal grills are provided for all guests to utilize. Please ensure you are attending the grill at all times during usage.

Noise: Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per city ordinance. Please consider your neighbors & noise kept at a reasonable sound level.

Parking: Each unit is allowed 1 parking space. All others must park in overflow parking. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Please be considerate of other guests and homeowners.

South Myrtle

Found the place easily. Very dark at entrance with a key safe storing key to enter. Very steep stairs to go up. Window shades in living room were broken so had to leave them open Sheets were dirty so we found some a changed them. Floor in bath appears to be rotting. Bath tub faucet dripping. Second bedroom up narrow spiral stairs also had dirty sheets. The place looks like it is going to be torn down in a year or so. Very disappointed and feel ripped off for the amount charged for one night. Do not stay here!

Quick stay, good location

Property was perfect for a quick weekend trip. Cozy condo with essentials. Was close to where we needed to be and no issues. Host was very responsive too.

Vacation Stay

This condo was perfect for myself, my husband, brother-in-law and his wife during our family vacation. We also brought our dog along with us and greatly enjoyed our stay. Noah was very quick to respond to any of our questions leading up to and during our stay. Highly recommend staying here if visiting the surfside area!

Dirty. Dilapidated. Dangerous. The unit was not cleaned after the prior guests. Hair and dirt were everywhere. Linens were provided by smelled of wet dog and sweat. The rental is hammered and not maintained at all. Second floor spiral staircase is hazardous and more so in the middle of the night when you must descend to use the only disgusting bathroom on the first floor. The pictures and reviews are quite deceiving. We would not recommend this awful rental to anyone.
