The living and sleeping area is equipped with a single bed and a seating area for 4 people. The fitted kitchen is equipped in such a way that meals of all kinds can be prepared there. On the balcony you can enjoy the absolute sunny location of this apartment, which is quietly facing west.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a television in this apartment. Cleaning utensils and a vacuum cleaner are available for longer stays. All floors are easily accessible by elevator.

In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer. Parking is available in the underground car park in Badeallee and can be booked for € 5 a day.

There is a one-off final cleaning fee of € 50 per stay.
