It is rare to find such an attractive property in this well-kept condition in the Coburg district. A magnificent, free-standing monument from the year 1900 that will delight you. The spacious property was not completely fenced until 2018 and equipped with paved parking spaces. The sunny garden and the terrace areas open to the southwest and offer you and your family additional, protected outdoor living space in summer. The house has two floors that offer enough space - holidays in the country in harmony with nature. All rooms in the stylish ambience are generously cut and flooded with light.
In the house there are 3 apartments, also a perfect option for families who want to spend the vacation with other families or friends.
