About this property

It's always a jolly holiday at our holiday cottage at The Reserve! Imagine yourself sipping coffee on a beautiful screened in back porch while the birds sing in the vivid green trees all around. Take the golf cart for a spin and enjoy some fishing down at the Marina and once you're really awake and ready for fun get your boat (which will fit perfectly in our driveway) in the water or enjoy a rental at the marina all without having to get in your car and go anywhere. It's all right here!

Wind down with a cozy fire, play board games with your loved ones, and snuggle in for the most restful sleep after a day full of sunshine. Not ready for bed? Take the golf cart down to Blue Gill Grill at Holiday Landing for dinner and live music.

Our Holiday Cottage is ready for memory-making.

Screened in patio with picturesque wooded views, dining and entertaining, gas fireplace, and smart TV.

Living room is stocked with board games, another smart TV (in case you can't agree on a film to enjoy).

Nobody wants to do laundry on vacation, but if you need to dry your towels or run a load, our new front loaders are at your disposal.

King Bedroom has an attached full bath with an oversized shower and large chest of drawers.

Queen Bedroom has a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and a spacious closet with hanging space.

Bringing a baby or toddler? We've got you covered with a baby bathtub, high chair, and Pack N Play located in the Queen Bedroom closet.

Working from home? Our home is a great place to unplug and plugin with 500MBPS internet ready for you to achieve that work/life balance.

Friend trip

Such a cute home in a lovely neighborhood. We so enjoyed the screened-in porch with fireplace and ceiling fans to cool down a summer day. The golf cart to ride down the forestry path to the marina was a treat. If you ever invest in a hot tub - it would be paradise! 😃

Great weekend getaway!

My sister and I rented the cottage, with our spouses, to reconnect since we live in different states. The cottage was perfect for our visit! The house was spotless and the kitchen had all the appliances for our cooking adventures. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the pillows were great too! The outdoor screened back porch is where we spent the majority of our time. There was a table and chairs, TV, fireplace and ver. Comfortable rocking chairs. We used the golf cart to head to the marina and checked out the area! We rented a pontoon boat from the local marina and had a great day on the lake. I would highly recommended this property!

Beautiful home in every way!

This property is gorgeous, the house was very clean, well equipped and perfect in every way. The gulf cart and special paved trail to the marina was super nice and convenient! Our 10 yo loved it! I can’t forget to mention the screened in porch with fireplace and TV. The owner’s communication when we had a question was immediate and super friendly. We will be back and can’t wait!

The cottage was very comfortable and the location is quiet. It was also very clean. There is a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and dishes. There is a coffee maker and a Nescafé. I wish I had knows about the nescafe when I was at the store prior to arriving. It is a 10-15 drive to grocery stores and restaurants, with an exception to the restaurant in the marina that is just a golf cart ride away. The hill down to the marina is pretty steep and narrow. The food was decent and the live music was great. Overall my family had a great vacation stay.

The perfect getaway!

We loved staying in this cozy cottage. Great sized bedrooms, room living room. We didn't get to enjoy the outside amentities due to the wind gusts but it's the perfect place to gather and watch a game. The golf cart was a great bonus, we took it down to the lake, the restraunt wasn't open but it was cool how close it was. We definitely plan on coming back with our girls.

Perfect Place!

My family stayed here for Thanksgiving! It was a home away from home. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our thanksgiving feast! We ate on the screened in porch while enjoying views of wildlife! The golf cart was an added bonus! Took us to the path that led to the marina! My kids enjoyed fishing right off the pier! Such a Perfect Place to stay!

Lovely Getaway Between Nashville & Chattanooga

Beautiful neighborhood community. Lovely home. Perfect escape near water and restaurants while remaining very secluded. House was tip top clean. Everything worked. Communication was prompt. Screened back porch was wonderful as the sun set. Would not hesitate to return.

Lake Home

Beautiful neighborhood and home. The house is very clean and neighborhood is quiet. The owner is very responsive. The driveway is large enough to bring your boat. The only thing missing is a grill. We will definitely be back!

The Perfect Tim's Ford Getaway!

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend, and it was the perfect relaxing getaway! The location was so peaceful and convenient, and the house was beautiful, kitchen fully equipped for cooking, and most importantly it was all clean! : ) The screened in back porch was the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful weather with a good book or a delicious meal! There's even a gas fireplace on the back porch to enjoy during the chilly-er nights! The included golf cart was convenient and made trips to the marina via the private path a breeze! There are also lots of great hikes within a very short driving distance as well! We did two of the hikes Caitlin (the host) recommended (Machine Falls and Lost Creek Overlook Trail) and they were both fantastic! We did have a couple questions during our stay, but Caitlin was super responsive and got us squared away within just a couple of minutes! We're already planning our next trip back!
