Our third non-smoking apartment for 4 people, around 90 square meters, is designed with laminate and therefore very easy to maintain. The 14 sqm master bedroom has a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and a small linen cupboard. In the approximately 20 sqm children's room / second bedroom / living room there is a single bed in the size 100x200cm and a sofa bed with a coffee table. Furthermore, the room is equipped with a TV set (satellite TV) and a linen closet. If required, cots and / or travel cots for small children can be placed in the parents' bedroom or in the children's room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, extractor hood and refrigerator. In the 38 sqm living / dining room with open kitchen there is a spacious cuddly sofa with a coffee table as well as an LCD TV with satellite reception and dining table with four chairs. The apartment is equipped with WiFi and LAN access in all rooms. A landline telephone connection with and without a flat rate can be booked optionally. A fax machine is like washing machine and dryer in the house. In the bathroom, fully tiled and around 8 square meters, there is a shower, a towel dryer, a sink with a base cabinet and a hanging toilet. A small storage room z.
