Located 1/2 block from the ocean, no need to cross the highway to get to the beach. Comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovingly cared for vacation home is a wonderful place to relax with your family and friends.

Located near mini-golf, movie theater, numerous restaurants. A short drive to Rehobeth outlets, Assateague State Park and the world famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Close to a municipal bus stop, Northside Park and Ocean City convention center.

We are a family of four, two of which are grown and have flown the nest. We purchased this townhouse from family members who were the original owners. Over the years we have worked hard to update it and make it a comfortable place to be. Our place at the beach is our happy place and we enjoy being able to share it with others.

Why they chose this property

We've always enjoyed that we are very close to the beach. You do not need to cross the major highway to walk to the ocean. This was really nice when our children were small and tired from a full day in the sun and sand. Now that we are older, we really appreciate the short walk back at the end of a day at the beach.
