About this property

This is the perfect home for guests who are on a budget and has a large group. This home provides it all. You would be 4 miles away from Busch Gardens and Adventure Islands. 12 miles from Raymond James Stadium and Amalie Arena. 2 miles from USF and Moffitt Center and 14 miles from our famous Ybor city. Beaches such as Davis Island, Honeymoon Island and Ben T Davis are all in the Tampa Bay area. Disney is only a hop and skip away from our home. Only 50 minutes drive to Walt Disney parks.
This home provides over 2000 square foot and sits on 1 acres of land. This home provides a fun field atmosphere which provides our guests in home entertainment such as jacuzzi, swimming pool, air hockey table, dart board, juke box, pool table, candy machine, inside bar, outdoor games, fire pit and BBQ grill. Lot of fenced yard space for kids to run around and have a great time. The home is spacious and is fully equipped to accommodate your long/short stay. Wifi and TV's in each room is available. Kitchen provides you with all the basic cooking utensils and dinning wear. Bathrooms and bedrooms includes towels, body wash, bed sheets, blankets and pillows. There is the convenience of a washer and dryer in the home located in the garage. Cleaning supplies and laundry detergent is made available for you.
The home is centrally located to many great restaurants, all 3 major highways I-75/I-4 and I-275, University Mall, Tampa Outlet Mall, Wiregrass Mall and Movie Theater. Our home is spacious, clean and is always ready to welcome guest from all backgrounds.

Tampa/USF home

This home was neat and clean. We enjoyed the house and definitely recommend it. The beds were nice and comfortable. It does not have a swimming pool, and we did not use the thing they call a pool, which is more of a lounging, hot-tub-sized enclosed pool.

The house was very large for a group

We enjoyed all the space we had. Lots of games to play for everyone. The hot tub was really nice. It was to cold out for the pool. Lots of tables to seat and eat. The fire pit was nice on the cold evening. Lots of games to keep the kids busy. I am ready to go back another time.

Great house for fun and entertaining

I enjoyed my stay. The house sits on a big lot and a very quiet area. The large backyard has a pool and plenty of room for a group Gathering. Inside, the house is very clearly built for fine. There's a bar area, big screen TV, and a kitchen with everything you need for meal preparation. Plenty of beds for sleeping a group of people. And the house is spacious. Check in and check out are very simple. It's not exactly close to various attractions in the area. For example, if you want to go to Busch gardens, it's probably a 15-minute drive. So, it's not exactly around the corner, but it's also not very far. And you can easily drive 5 minutes and have access to a grocery store, and some restaurants, etc.

Family Time

This was an amazing home with everything you can think of to host a big group. The pool, hot tub, fire pit and games provided us with such fun and laughter. We used a Grill for a beautiful cookout on Saturday night and just amazing family time. The host was amazing answering all my questions prior to arrival. When we are in town again for cheerleading, we will definitely hope this house is available.
