Pleasant stay

Its not a luxury place, but it's definitely cozy and decent place for my short trip. Family lives downstairs and is pretty loud at some times of day, but it didn't bother me since i also came from a large family with constant noise. Host is kind and responsive. Would stay there again.

This property was as advertised and fit our needs. Towels were missing from the restrooms so there was no way to easily dry our hands. The shower in the on-suite bathroom didnt appear to have been cleaned recently. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay.

It is very nice and was perfect for our needs. Adding a small washer dryer would be good. A heads up on the person living in the basement would have been nice. He is very nice and I enjoyed talking to him.The house needs updating though.

No one lives in the basement. I rent the basement out as a separate short term rental which I put in my property description. I do not advertise nor offer laundry for use in the home, if I did, I’d be charging a lot more per night to rent the space. Home was just repainted, stairs in home just redone, kitchen equipment less than 1 year old, kitchen appliances less than 3 months old. House is in good shape. Obviously, you just can’t please everyone.

It was super nice the only issue we had was the tv not connecting to the WiFi so we couldn’t watch Netflix or use YouTube the entire stay.

Funny because I have the messages between myself and the guest that state that the tv worked fine. The guest messaged me at 11pm at night on their first night in my home and I walked them through how to reset the tv, the guest then went to sleep and in the morning I asked if everything was working and they told me everything is working fine.
