The proximity to the beach was nice and the house had plenty of room but there were some issues with the house that needs to be addressed. There was black mold on some of the AC returns, several loose tiles in the bathroom, an oven that cooked very inconsistently because the door would not stay shut without some force behind the shutting of the door, multiple frogs found inside the house throughout the stay and lizard, and a broken corner of a cooktop that had been placed back on there but if you touched the cooktop……the broken part would fall off. But Seabrook Island community and beach were amazing
