The house is beautiful. We had a small glitch at the beginning and the owner was quick to respond. The check-in process was very efficient and easy. The house has 2 bedrooms with the bathroom en-suite which I couldn’t tell from the pictures and description. The other 3 bedrooms have a bathroom very close to the bedroom. We enjoyed the screened porch every day. I would rent this house again.

Our 3 generation family group had a wonderful wedding weekend stay. The layout worked well for our needs . Having main floor bedrooms was key for some over 90. The home was well appointed. We enjoyed the peaceful street and location. The screen porch was a gathering place and lovely. We chatted there into the wee hours of the night and felt very at home away from home. Thank you.

The house was clean, spacious and in close proximity to the beach. Walking took us about 5-10" to get to the boardwalk. Perfect! The owner, Josh, responded promptly to all of my texts and questions both before the trip and while we were there. He provided helpful suggestions for our stay; the driver he recommended, Luis V. was fantastic and right on time. This allowed our group to rent fewer cars. I really enjoyed this beautiful house with more than enough room for adults and kids.

Beautiful home right near the bike/walking path. We rented bikes for the week and hardly needed to use our cars except to go to the grocery store. We cooked at home most nights and they had all the necessary cookware/grill we needed. Very quiet and secluded on a great view of the golf course. Plenty of space for our group to be all together or spread out if needed.

Beautiful Location, Amazing Stay

Spent spring break here with my spouse and 3 kids (22 months -15 years). Great location and a short distance to the beach. Loved the short bike ride to Freshfields each day for any groceries, meals or shopping

Such a great home, location and host

Our families met for a family reunion at Kiawah and had a great time. Josh’s home is awesome and we enjoyed every minute staying there. I’d highly recommend staying here!!!

This is a spacious house with lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. The porch outside—screened in—was a favorite place to sit after dinner and talk and view the gorgeous trees and golf course. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked often. The beach at boardwalk 12 was gorgeous but a hike for some of us old people. It was a perfect place for our girls family reunion.

Great Family Beach House

This house is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in at Kiawah. Plenty of space that is decorated lovely and the view is wonderful of the golf course. Kitchen is up fitted for whatever you need to cook. Our family truly enjoyed our week here!!!
