Sit on the patio and enjoy breathtaking beach views! Spectacular views of the ocean and beach can be enjoyed in your living room, or while sitting in the outside patio, or directly on location just a few footsteps away. Moana's Beach Villa is the perfect spot for your island getaway.

Moana's Beach Villa is located in the Granada Del Mar condo complex which is centrally located on the north side of the island and only a short 20 minute drive to the airport. You'll enjoy views of Buck Island and St Croix’s Christiansted harbor where seaplanes and sailboats enter and leave the nearby marina.

Moana's Beach Villa features 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and full access to a large swimming pool with beach/ocean views. With tile floors, comfortable furniture, and a spacious open floor plan, you'll feel right at home. The freshly updated and fully stocked kitchen has everything you'll need to make delicious meals to enjoy in the dinning area or on the patio with refreshing ocean views.

The master bedroom has a comfortable King bed, smart TV, drink refrigerator, and an attached full bathroom with a stylish tile shower. The guest bedroom has a wonderful Queen bed, smart TV, and an attached full bathroom with a tile shower. A full size washer and full size dryer are provided for your use in the kitchen area. Beach towels and beach chairs are also provided as well as snorkel gear and a beach cooler - have it all at Moana's Beach Villa.

Your stay includes access to a recently renovated community pool sporting spectacular views of the island. You'll be completely comfortable inside Moana's Beach Villa with central air-conditioning, a dehumidifier, high-speed WiFi, and three smart TVs.

Please know our condo is in excellent shape but currently we have a few small areas on the ceiling that are getting repaired where the drywall is cut out. These are very minor and won't affect your stay - however we just wanted to disclose this fact to you for transparency. It should also be noted that there are several spots nearby for swimming and snorkeling - however the beach directly at the condo complex is not for these activities. There is a strong ocean current at the beach by our condo, thus please plan on swimming elsewhere.

Things to note:
1. You'll need a rental car in St. Croix (they drive on the left side of the road, I found it very easy to adjust).
2. No pets or smoking is allowed in the condo

Best St Croix stay

This two bedroom - two bathroom condo had everything two couples needed to share as it was a split plan. The beach was very nice although we did not go in the water as it was stated as being a little too rough. Great location & close to Christiansted. The owner was very responsive! But definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

Great condo

Owners gave very detailed instructions through email days prior to arrival that was exactly what I l prefer…condo was spotless other than on top of the fridge needs a good dusting but how many people are tall enough to see up there? Due to the recent hurricanes the properties around Granada Del Mar are in desperate need of repair but it doesn’t take away from this amazing condo…..we will definitely probably use this condo again and recommend it to anyone who will listen!
