The cabin was clean, stayed very cool and beds were comfortable, also very private..We were close to the park and the cute town of Wears Valley where they have a local coffee shop that we visited twice. We even had a momma bear and her two cubs pay us a visit on our last day.
Our stay was relaxing and peaceful, just what we needed! Property owners are great! Overall the cabin was great but could use some updating. We would stay again.
The host Trevor was wonderful. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. The place was absolutely beautifully made. Everything was clean and tidy. The Christmas tree made it feel warm and cozy.
We stayed with our children for a long weekend while at a softball tournament. The property was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, and cabin has a great layout. The property manager was also very kind and quick to respond to my questions.
The cabin was great. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was in great shape and the owner communicated well with us. One helpful hint: the AC worked so great that if you go in the summer I would bring a jacket or sweatshirt for when you use the game room in the basement.
We very much enjoyed our stay! The cabin is situated in a peaceful setting, that is just a short drive to activities. If you are looking to enjoy the Smokey Mountains without the carnival/circus like atmosphere that is now Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, this is the perfect place! We were able to quickly get to all the attractions, but retreat at days end to quiet tranquility. .
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Cabin was very clean and easily accessible. The check-in process could not have been easier. Checkout easy also. We have stayed and Wears Valley many times and find it to be an ideal place to base out of. Cabin was very well appointed with big screen TV throughout.
My family of 5, (youngest being 16), found this cabin to be quite comfortable and well-appointed. We enjoyed the quiet, as it is about 20 minutes from the hustle & bustle of Pigeon Forge's Parkway. We wish the owner all the best in their future rentals.
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Very clean and comfortable. Short drive from everything. Happy and somewhat disappointed we didn't see a bear! Haha No complaints.
We wanted to stay somewhere outside of the craziness of Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. This cabin in the heart of Wears Valley was a perfect fit. Easy to get to the national park but there are also quite a few smaller restaurants and small shopping spots within 15 mins.
The house was beautiful and clean. All the beds were very comfortable. The spot was perfect for our family of 6 and I would say we could have easily fit a couple more!
