Newly built 1 bedroom home located in Juneau's premier neighborhood. Scenic Fritz cove road near the University of Alaska and the Auke Bay harbor. The house is a modern 1 bedroom home with a comfort full sized bed with forest views. Equipped with all the necessities to stay for a few days or a week. Private self check in and out.

The house is equipped with a washer and dryer to do some light laundry while traveling. All the soap, shampoo and conditioner, and coffee, lots of it, oh and tea too. Self check in for guests convenience and privacy. No smoking/pets

Perfect location for 2 people to use to see the sites around Juneau. Easy 10 minute drive to Juneau. Exactly as advertised - nice kitchen and great room with a bedroom and bathroom. Would definitely stay there again.

Stylish small home

Well cared for & spacious 1 bedroom home in quiet neighborhood. Kitchen fully stocked w/ dishes & cooking utensils. Bedroom has an excellent mattress that made for a sound nights sleep even with my bad back. Equipped with washer/dryer. The host is so thoughtful they even provided laundry pods ❤️ Easy access but limited parking space so if you have more than 2 cars plan on parking the extras elsewhere. I’d definitely stay here again.

The only issue we had was we did not realize that it was not close to anything-not walking distance to a grocery store or any restaurants. Don’t book this house if you don’t have a car! Otherwise, clean, and comfortable.

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach on the 1 day it did not rain was amazing. Very close and easy to get to! We had everything we needed to be comfortable. The only thing we would of liked to have was a tv to watch a movie before bedtime. However I brought my iPad so it was a deal breaker at all! The shower was small but managed to get clean. I really would of liked to have a bath. We stayed for 7 days and mostly not in the house so it fit our needs in pretty well! We appreciated the cleanliness of the place! Very comfortable thank you
