About this property

Family Friendly 2 Bdrm/2 Bath w/Loft & Pool!

Your family and friends will be comfortable and close to everything Gulf Shores has to offer in this 2 bdrm/2 bath w/loft, pool, Lagoon access, and parking. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and one block to the beach. Main floor has bathroom and bedroom with a queen size bed. Loft has king size bed. 2nd bedroom is connected to the loft with two twin size beds and a bathroom. Living room, loft and 2nd bedroom each have a tv. Unit has wifi, cable and smart tvs. Walking distance to everything!

**There is a spiral staircase leading from the main floor to the loft and 2nd bedroom.** The main floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and pocket doors. There is a bathroom on the main floor as well, accessible from the kitchen and main floor bedroom. The loft has a king size bed and is open to the living room below. There is a 2nd bedroom connected to the loft with a bathroom and 2 twin beds. There is a sofabed in the living room.

Guests will be able to access all spaces within the condo, except for the owner's closet located in the bedroom upstairs. The pool and bbq areas are communal and available to all guests. There is direct access to Little Lagoon available to all guests, as well.

Located in a three-building complex with communal pool, outdoor BBQ area, and direct Little Lagoon access w/boat launch. Next door to Pier 33 - Gulf Shores' favorite convenience store/market for all your daily needs. Less than 1/2 mile to public beach access and Bahama Bob's; 0.8 miles to The Beach House. Only 1 mile to HWY 59, the Hangout, and the Pink Pony.

There is only 1 designated park spot available for guests of The Cove 212A. The complex enforces this policy to make sure all guests, including you, have access to your designated parking spot. The parking spot is located directly below 212A on ground level. There is additional overflow parking available in the gravel lot next to Little Lagoon and at the back of the property behind the pool area, labeled "Guest Parking." Overflow parking availability for an extra vehicle is not guaranteed but is an option and is rarely 100% full.

There is NO elevator to the unit. The unit is located on the 3rd floor after two flights of stairs. There is also a spiral staircase inside the unit.

We loved Greg & Stacy's place-- ample sleeping room on actual beds for 6 people which was great! Beds were also comfortable! It did get quite warm in upstairs bedrooms, but there were box fans in master closet to use (so nice). Everything felt clean. 2 full bathrooms also such a plus. Plenty of kitchen utensils to work with. It is a 10 min walk from condo to public beach access, but it's still worth it. Will return!

Spring Break

Loved the location and the pool. The place was really cute and within walking distance of everything. Loved being so close to the beach and the coffee shop next store. Only thing to be aware of is the kitchenware is pretty loved so bring extra supplies like soap, sponges and a lot of elbow grease. We were also surprised by exterminators during breakfast which the host was very apologetic about and quick to communicate. Overall the stay was amazing and very relaxing. The location is quite and very family friendly.

Great Beach Vacay

Me & my teen were there for a baseball tournament! The condo was perfect for us. Great location to everything & just a short walk to the beach. The stairs outside the condo are definitely a workout. The stairs inside the condo are easy to navigate. The bed downstairs isn’t the most comfortable but the upstairs bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our family loves to travel, enjoys great food and meeting people on our journeys. We're from North Idaho and travel often to the South -- Mobile and Gulf Shores, Alabama, in particular. We love both these regions and have lots of suggestions to make your trip with or without kids, the absolute best!

Why they chose this property

The Cove 212A is a very comfortable, well-appointed condo located directly on Little Lagoon and only minutes to public beach access. We have several units in Gulf Shores/Daphne/Mobile but this is the unit we stay in every time because it's comfortable and centrally located to everything Gulf Shores is famous for. Plus, you can throw a crab pot right off the dock in Little Lagoon and catch some crab for dinner!

What makes this property unique

Well appointed, family friendly condo that we originally remodeled to accommodate our three kids :-). Guaranteed parking, a nice community pool with plenty of loungers, and friendly neighbors. Even though we are not there - we have people there who can help if you need it.
